He's difficult for coaches because he constantly asks questions. If you don't have an answer then you lose him that won't be an issue with Kyle. Arrogant? Sure I mean I wish he was as humble as Tom Brady or Aaron Rodgers but darn it. Condescending is pretty much arrogant. Prick? Well that's an opinion of someone who didn't like him. Has it all figured out. Then why watch film and ask so many questions? Commitment to football? So is this all from someone who has not watched the beating he has taken behind that s**t o line? Agreed his decision making is questionable but when he has a competent D maybe he wouldn't be pressing to score as much. Colin personality cause of his comments about school lol what a joke.
These excuses are getting ridiculous. He's losing games against bad unranked schools...in college.

They were literally reasons people think that about him. I mean do you say anything positive about any player? Which QB do u like in this draft? Or do you just say everyone sucks cause STATS.

He not my choice because he simply isn't a leader...he pouts, his body language when things are not going well, his boneheaded decisions. The picks he's throwing lately aren't the kind were you see his reciever fighting for it...they aren't close, they are going directly to the defenders and they are finding success because he stares his reads down. He's also making these mistakes both against bad teams and good this is a big red flag. Throws a nice looking ball but thats it. More than one scout has used the term entitled when analyzing his demeanor...that's not a good thing. He's heading more in the J.Cutler, J.George mold then the Luck, Manning mold. It's also not a good sign when scouts are nervous about his love of the game and commitment to it...it didn't help to read his summer interview where he gushed about his post NFL career before it has even started.
Stats are important as is leadership and team success. He's only got one of the 3 and he's looked pretty avg his last couple of games.

I agree how he carries himself isn't good at all. And he has been both the reason for UCLAs success and downfall this season. Someone like myself will make "excuses" for him because I haven't seen this good of mechanics from a QB in a loooong time. Decision making can be coached much easier than mechanics. As far as his demeanor I don't feel that's something that can be coached out of him which isn't a good thing. I get why people don't like him off the field and on the field. But if people can't see his mechanics his accuracy his touch his toughness then I'm at a loss.

he pouts? are you kidding me. He has WRs out there dropping passes and not getting open & a O-line that cant protect him consistently. Not once have i seen him going after his teammates. It seems like he is someone who is taking the blame on himself, rather than blaming his teammates.
Seriously, stop digging for excuses to devalue his stock. They are all ridiculous. Not once have i heard from a reputable source that he is uncommitted to the game. He is interested in politics because his dad is political (almost became attorney general under Obama)
There are some reports of him being a d*ck but alot of those came from when he was in high school and started in college. Trent Dilfer met Rosen in high school and spent time with him this past summer. Said he matured greatly and was a great mentor to the Elite 11 this summer.
Lmao. I've watched countless UCLA games with Josh Rosen, but this is the first time I've seen his presser after a loss. Is he always like this? Dude is dead on Jay Cutler. He's even got the DGAF facial expressions and body language down.

It's not looking like a great QB class right now. I'm still high on Sam...while his mechanics are struggling Darnold is literarily wiling his team to victory despite his boneheaded coaching staff. I also like the way those two QB's in Oklahoma are playing, Mayfield is really good at maximizing his talent and limiting mistakes...his team clearly rallies around him and he's probably has the best pocket awareness of any of the guys coming out... I also like Mason Rudolph who seems pretty humble is a big guy built like big ben who's also leading the nation in passing but his arm strength might not be ideal for a top 5 pick.

I'm not digging this information is readily available to anyone who uses google.
I'm entitled to my opinion as are you and I don't see it...he's not that great. We'll see how he responds as he hits the difficult part of his schedule but right now he's not handling bad teams very well.

So Darnold who has atrocious mechanics but has great leadership is better because he finally gets out of his own way and utilizes the talent at USC in the 4th quarter? If your being honest USC is a ticking bomb until they lose a game cause of the turnovers Darnold causes. Manziel I mean Mayfield is better than Rosen? I've got nothing against Rudolph but he is not better than Rosen. Just because Rosen has an attitude doesn't make him a bad QB in some instances it makes him better.

Is he a future NFL Leader, is he really committed to the game??
"Unless he continues to work hard...unless he makes good decisions...unless he dedicates himself the way that guys like Tom Brady and Drew Brees and Peyton Manning have then it's a pipe dream. And, I've asked him "Who do you want to be Johnny Manziel or Tom Brady? And, you need to make that decision right now and you need to start working in the direction that you want to work in. So, if you're going to go out on Donald Trump's golf course and wear a hat that says 'F-- Trump', I said, 'You're heading towards Johnny Manziel.' So, let's head toward Peyton Manning. Let's head towards Tom Brady. Let's head towards Troy Aikman," - UCLA HC Jim Mora Jr.

i didnt mean you were actually digging but taking these articles seriously from writers who are digging.
I admit i am bias, being a Bruin fan, but i read about them alot, i have friends close to the football team living here in LA, and i just dont hear the same chatter. A few reports of people who say he comes off as a "know-it-all" but alot of great athletes are like that because they grew up being better than everyone else.
His demeanor comes off a bit douchey but so does Aaron Rodgers. Arod was so douchey in college, with the same kind of rumors Rosen is accused of now, that we passed on him and took Alex Smith. Which turned out to be the biggest mistake of the millennium for us.
As for the losing, its a team sport. Rosen can only do so much with what he has. IMO, Mora is just a horrible coach, both with recruiting and leading his team. Not all great QBs had a great college win %. When you break down the film of Rosen alone, his mechanics are flawless. His pocket presence is stout. He is very accurate. Shows a good football IQ. Proved he can run a pro style offense and take snaps from under the center. And displayed tuffness to stand in the pocket and deliver throws with defenders in his face.
