James doesn't have the desired effect on the defense that McKinnon has. If an opposing DC sees Richie James coming on the field, good chance they're going nickel/dime and covering him with a DB.

But if McKinnon is on the field, it's difficult for DCs to match up because they must decide whether to stay in base to defend the run and have a LB on McKinnon if they pass or nickel and Kyle runs 21 personnel OZ down their throat.

he has done nothing to address the pressing issues like find us a extra running back and i guess you are just fine with who we have rushing the passer. you can say. our pass rush is weaker now than what it was five months ago and it was trash then, i understand the gm has be put on a positive face. i just wish a reporter had the guts to ask tough questions. of course that would make them a hater in your mind right?
