Didn't say that.

I Have said many times there's a balance.

They've brought in how many receivers the last two years and how many ER's?

That's one example..
I can go on.

Obviously they are rebuilding the way they see fit. Secondary, offensive skill positions, OL (at least with a prime draft position this year, and a FA aquisition). So far I can't complain, and it doesn't make it wrong or bad because you would do it a different way. Golden rule my friend, and right now it is Lynch's kingdom (and Jed / Denise's gold ... lol).
I looked at the stats and have read a few articles about Breida and McKinnon. The numbers are close and I don't recall anything alarming about Breida's hands or PP.

Breida had some bad drops last season. I don't recall if he's good or bad in blitz pickup.

Hopefully just rookie stuff.
I am hopeful he can match McKinnon's career highs for rushing and receptions.

I think Kyle can view Breida as McKinnon v0.75. He can do everything Jet can do, just not as explosively.
Curious to see how his stats look with an increased workload . Only had 105 carries last year, decent YPC and just under 500 yards. More curious to see how his hands have improved. I think that will be the X factor in attempting to replicate McKinnon's impact. He's got the speed, so let's hope that extra muscle helps him with not going down so easy. This is all wishful thinking of course lol

Does anyone know what he weighed last offseason? Just wondering how much he had gained.
He definitely got better towards the end of last year, so hopefully he can continue that trajectory.

Breida weighed in at 5-9 195 at his pro day last year.

What did he run?

4.38

Faster than Jet's 4.41 combine time!

Breida>McKinnon

At least he has two functional legs!

That's one of the other reasons McKinnon might not make the team next year - is if Breida develops in the pass catching department, and stays healthy. If he can do it, then Brieda and Alfred will be a good combo for Kyle to play with. I'd love it if they can get an Alfred Morris in next years draft that can also catch the ball.

should've just kept Kunter.
Breida has a shot to run away (pun intended) with the number of touches he gets if he has great early success.

Frank Gore more than doubled his production from year one to year two as a starter. If Breida gets over 1000 yards this year, he'll statistically surpass what the veteran Hyde did last season.
So our backfield consists of Alfredo, bread and mustard?

I think if Breida can show he is competent running the ball, then the lack of explosion from Morris in the passing game will put Breida in a lead role.

When you watch him play, what did you think of his hands and route running out of the backfield? Do you think it's something he can improve upon?
