Super Bowl wins Jerrah +3
Jedboy - 1

Better Stadium no contest AT&T > Levis

Handling problem players Jerrah don't give a crap as long as the dude can ball.
Jedboy leak to the press, cut player if contract is unfriendly (+++ $$$ )

Jerrah ambitious risk taker, wildcat oil driller, sh!t talked his way into NFL ownership, self made billionaire

Jedboy a spoiled silver spoon raised mama's boy who's still attached to his mothers tit, gifted a football. team

Too bad JJ didn't buy the niners instread of the Yorks.

I would strongly disagree with JJ owning the Niners. He is an A@@h@@e. JMHO

Jerry Jones is putting all his chips in on this bet. If McCarthy doesn't deliver in 2024, that team is gonna get blown up. I wonder if they wait on giving Dak the huge contract just to see where all this goes…

60 million dollar cap hit next year. He's gonna get extended.

I honestly think Dak isn't the issue. McCarthy is not a good HC, and he's an okay play caller at best. He got lucky riding Rodgers ass for all those years. Dude was garbage with us as an OC as well. Plus he looks like Jabba the Hutt
Eagles need to keep the manchild Sirianni also

Dak sure isn't the solution. He's not a bad QB but he's not a top tier qb. McCarthy has a soft team with no ohysicalness them. Not really vet leadership in the locker room. Underwhelming run game

that team has a lot of issues. I personally love it.
For me, I don't care if they fire McCarthy and get Bilichik or Harbaugh. It's better for us to get stiffer competition in the conference and division in order for us to always be a contender for SB- iron sharpens iron. I think it's a disadvantage to cherry pick our way to playoffs and NFC championship.

Tell that to the Brady-led Patriots who walked all over their soft ass division for 2 decades

Right. Just like it's helped that Mahomes has never played a road playoff game.
Steve Young had a good point. He said the players need to fear the HC. They need to feel the HC, can fire any player, at any time, for any reason. That drives players to be their best. You don't have that dynamic in DAL cuz Jerry makes the roster moves. You can probably get away with a lot in DAL, if you are in good with Jerry.

He also mentioned players think they made it just putting on the helmet with the star, yet they have done nothing. But they get all these primetime games and exposure for being Cowboys.
where is buzzb
The problem with the Cowboys isn't Jerry, McCarthy or Prescott.

The real problem with the Cowboys is the media overrating them after every win to the point that every year has people thinking that the Cowboys are some super team that is going to win the Super Bowl and reality is that their roster has only 2 elite players (CeDee Lamb/Micah Parsons) and the rest are old players past their prime (Tyrone Smith, Zach Martin, Brandin Cooks. Demarcus Lawrence, Stephon Gilmore) and players that are just mid-tier (Dak Prescott, Tony Pollard, Michael Gallup, Jake Ferguson) but the media keeps hyping them because they are America's Team and it's good for business.

When playoff time comes and some team exposes the Cowboys that same media wonders what's wrong with the Cowboys and we repeat this cycle every january.
Methinks Jerry is taking over and McCarthy is now just his puppet.
