According to PFF ratings, he was not an RB-only guard. His PP and RB ratings were very close - 69 PP 75 RB.

Not worth all that cap. If the comp ends up being a 3rd, plenty of good OL draft prospects (not named Chilo or Joshua) that can be had with the pick.
