Well at least Tomlinson was ahead of Brandon Thomas on the Lions depth chart.

Let this guy play on THIS team before we give up on him. Worst case scenario he's great depth.
Why????
Dude was Marcus Martin bad, and worse. People are slamming KC for giving up a 5th rounder for a lineman who was awful at every spot Cleveland tried him at.
I actually feel better about Tomlinson than Erving who is Quilted Northern soft.

i understand sus and his concern that a number one was available to us for a fifth but maybe he can be respectable for us. i would like to think the powers to be will seriously look at another o line guy at least. staley is dinged and the team is very mysterious about this unknown issue trent brown has.

Yeah, he at worst, could be a much much younger and cheaper Zane Beadles... quality depth and spot starter.
We figured on Saturday+ ShanaLynch would try to improve the depth at G, ZWR, ILB, CB and/or S.
One spot down.

you really think we have a need at wide out.. i kind of like our wide outs but if someone comes along that makes us better. i would like to know if anyone decent at inside linebacker is out there. you are right with ward out. now we should look for a new safety and there must be someone out there better than asa baby

Let's face it...dude is just a placeholder until the Niners can pick up starter-quality offensive linemen in the draft and through free agency over the next couple of years.

i just hope that placeholder is not just code word for turnstile,,. i think hoyer can be a nice quarterback for us but he does have a injury history and with a shaky offensive line,,

Because I was still seeing him for his Florida State days. I have high hopes for him to turn it around.

It is time to let go. Some guys just need time to get it all together but Erving has been as bad of a lineman as I have seen in the past decade. It just becomes pretty clear with some players after a couple years that they simply don't have "it."

Not necessarily. I sure would love another big bodied outside WR for the the red zone or if Garcon goes down but if not this year, I'd like that 6th WR to be a dynamic returner...cough...Bolden Jr...cough.
Yeah, Asa blows! I would love to get a veteran CB, at least, better than Reaser and no doubt we badly need a real veteran ILB over Brock Coyle in case Foster or Bowman go down. S? Hmmmm...yeah. I'm just guestimating.
