Haven't they done that before? Not to say Hue has done the greatest job ever, but the problems there go far beyond Hue Jackson. It was a ridiculous move in the first place to go with that moneyball approach to drafting. I suppose their only hope is that they get lucky, similar to how it appears we did so far.

That is a whole different matter from the owner inserting themselves into personnel decisions, something that there is no evidence that Jed has ever done at any point in time. If anything, Jed was exceedingly patient with his GM.

The issue Cleveland has is an owner who has inserted himself into personnel matters previously and hiring a front office where nobody has even the most basic of qualifications to be an NFL personnel executive for any other team. Even where the 49ers hired a newbie in John Lynch, they also brought in Adam Peters and Martin Mayhew to work directly under him. Cleveland's highest ranked personnel guy is well outside of the executive structure and on his own is a fairly unremarkable 30 year old with limited scouting experience.

Remember when the excuses for his lousy play last season at ND were because of a lack of talent surrounding him? Well that talentless team is destroying USC right now without him...maybe Kizer was the problem all along?

Not because of the forward pass though. 210 yards is Winbush's best outing. Maybe Kizer's lack of speed set their run game back.

Lack of leadership, lack of accuracy, lack of composure. Kid wilted in college...not surprised he's wilting so easily in the NFL...

I wasn't a Kizer fan but Winbush is at 52% for the year. They have a better run game, better d.

Hue Jackson is an idiot of a HC and OC. As much as I harp about Shanny, soo glad that bum didn't come here. He's literally ruined Kizer at this point. What HC benches their rookie QB 3 times in the first 7 games of the season?!?

The HC that has a rookie that is complete garbage, an injured backup and no actually good options. Browns should sign Kaepernick at this pont.

The browns are still a s**t show hue jackson failed horribly but I bet the browns give him another year.

Can't even blame Hue for most of it. They've got amateurs running their front office who don't appear to be on the same page as the coaching staff. Just another debacle in the Factory of Sadness. They could easily have drafted Wentz or Watson and been in a much better situation when it comes to quarterback, instead they got cute and tried to Moneyball it instead.

I agree and until they clean house and do a complete rebuild they will be irrelevant.
