Super talented guy but he's clearly not ready for primetime. Needs to sit and watch and develop for a year.

I wouldn't call him super talented. He has decent talent.
Never really liked Kizer that much, but he deserves more time to hone his skills & work on the mental aspects of the game more.

Kizer is horrible, but many of Hue Jackson's decisions are so mind-boggingly awful, it almost seems like he's begging to get fired.
