Yes but the difference in change of direction and acceleration is massive between the two. Barkley would be a serious weapon on a WCO. the biggest question with any college player or even NFL player is how well can they absorb and apply Kyle's playbook.
The Browns would be idiots to pass on him with the first being the have another in the fourth. If he lands with the Browns, does anyone think that this will finally be a start to their turnaround from being one of the worst franchises to being a contender in the near future?
Since Cousin's doesn't want anything to do with them, I think they will pick the wrong QB in the draft and ultimately progress from bottom of the league to average at best.

I don't think they'd be idiots. Historically a good QB is worth much more than even a top RB.
They'd be idiots to take Barkley #1 overall. They need a QB. A team is idiotic to think "meh, we'll just take who ever is left at 4" if they don't have "their guy" in the draft at QB, then they are no better than the browns of yesteryear.

Watch them not even draft a QB and roll into 2018 with Kizer and McCarron.

It depends who they have at #1. Word is they love Mayfield and the odds of him going before the 4th pick is worth landing Barkley.
