They all know, it's the ill disciplined defenders that are the problem, they take a bad angle and then it's over, his blend of agility, speed and power is pretty special

Barkley is a once in a generation talent. How do you game plan the all time great running backs? Sooner or later they break one. Today's game starts with the Quarterback. If you don't have one it's an uphill battle no matter who's in the backfield.

You sure he's once in a generation? Gurley, Zeke, Kamara, Bell are all in the same generation.
Fantastic player who the giants should have never drafted.

I get that phrase gets thrown around too much and I agree he isn't head & shoulders above those guys yet.

However the others (apart from Zeke) are in far superior offenses, and all have far superior O-Lines, at the moment Saquon is practically doing a Barry Sanders impression.

If the Giants sort themselves out he could well stand way above the rest.

Well while all those players are great on their own way Barkley has a skill set unlike anything we've seen except Sanders.

But honestly give me just one of them on the niners.

Since he plays in the NFL, wouldn't it make sense if we move this thread to NFL talk?
Barkley looks like a combination of Sanders and Earl Campbell. However if you look at Detroit and Houston during their years with those teams it produced big numbers but NO titles. Even back then you needed a QB and a good supporting cast.
Only Gurley Is Close to this kid and Barkley still blows him out of the water

No he doesn't blow Gurley out of the water. Everyone mesmerized by Barkleys amazing performance . But Gurleys been doing it. Nothing new to him.
barkley is way bigger than sanders. Looks like he tries to get as much straightaway as possible to use his afterburners. SMart. He's like a more lateral emmeit smith than a stronger sanders. I don't see the punishment mentality of cambpell. Nobody cut like barry. a six foot guy won't either since barry 5'7, much quicker to change direction. No db will bring him down solo.

You mean to tell me that some guy on the internet already has it figured out but actual NFL DCs haven't picked it up yet??

Speechless

Don't you know all the best coaches, coordinators, and GMs are right here on the webzone?
I think Joe Buck just creamed his pants again, watching the highlights
