I doubt he starts any time soon. I wonder if he starts at all this year while BeatHard gains experience as part of our elegant tank.

I don't think hes going to start this year, as much as people want it to happen.
Cheifs gave up the 34th pick in 2013 draft and the 56th pick in the 2014th draft for Alex Smith.

Niners will probably give up the 34th pick in the 2018 draft for Garoppolo.

Who got a better deal?

It felt like having Rodgers or Brady, awesome feeling.

I bet! I've been waiting for it my whole life! lol I feel really good about this new guy!

I'm hopeful too lol. This team is like Swiss cheese though.

yeah but we are really injured right now.

one full offseason of CJ and JG competing with each other and mastering the system plus some additions to the offense line and some blue chip prospects..

Next season is going to be really interesting.

our rebuild just pushed the pedal to the floor with this trade.

Excited about the top pick that could be weapon for jimmy.

I'm with you - give him the rest of the season to learn the playbook and system.

Got 2 months left, would be shocked if he doesn't.

Alex has one playoff win in 4 attempts on a loaded team...considering they already have his replacement on hand....we did....

damn, he never had a playbook in college

also, has he ever taken snaps from under center? should be something new for him under Kyle's wco

He's been in the league for almost 4 seasons in a system that runs plays under center...he'll be ok...

Lol I was like wtf he's been in NE dude

He wants to play.
He doesn't sound like a man that wants to stick around after this season.

doesn't really matter. We can just franchise tag him and get him the old Kirk Cousins treatment.

Our owner is basically Snyder 2.0 anyway.
Jed looks like the handicapped little brother.
Jed Dork

jed looks so happy lol
Imagine how this board would have exploded if we'd traded a 2nd and a 3rd for AJ McCarron, as Browns tried to do. Props to Lynch. I'm starting to feel some optimism for next year, first auguries of a turn-around.
