There was a video on YouTube after the season that essentially covered the same issues in regard to Garopollo's footwork and how his failure to adjust his feet to create a solid throwing base affected his accuracy on deep balls. On the subject of his feet though, I was watching video on the NFL site of Josh Allen and Josh Rosen's first day of camp and was really struck by how much slower their drop backs were compared to similar video of Jimmy G. after he arrived at the 49er's practice field last year. Garopollo has amazingly quick feet when he is moving away from the center. That is something that Walsh always liked about Joe apparently was his quick feet. I think that is one of the keys to his ability to get the ball out of his hands especially on those short and intermediate routes. Really looking forward to seeing how this offense is going to look this season with a full year under it's belt and the addition of some of the new players. They really could light things up.
