If the answer to both these questions is yes, then i would strongly suggest we consider putting HER on the payroll. If not, then forget about it.

Maybe you should read it? It's pretty clear that anything that undermines public respect or the integrity of the NFL is a violation. Being seen in public dating a prostitute is a clear cut violation.
