I hadn't seen this posted yet. Garoppolo working with Tom House on everything from mechanics to nutrition and a nugget in the article about some of the 49ers receivers joining him on some of the sessions to work on timing and specific 49ers concepts is nice to hear. Jimmy has a nice release but it's nice to see him continuing to work hard to rehab and understand with all of his potential that he still has to prove it on the field for a full season to justify that contract.

Yes we did. We had to settle for a fg instead of a TD (though beat did a TD and got a bogus opi call)
That was on the drive Jimmy got injured. Beathard came in for Jimmy when he got injured and threw a TD that was called back on the bs OPI call and we settled for a FG. It all happened on the same drive. Jimmy was injured on our last drive of the game.

Ha!
I don't think so!
Does Kyle ever let off the gas!!
Lol

Bro, did you even catechism? Mary isn't part of the trinity.
Also, that's totally blasphemous.

To the 5,000,000 posts about "Jimmy has to prove it for a whole season before we can........" -- NOTED.
Now, based on everything we've seen of Jimmy since Halloween 2017 both on AND off the field, there's a lot to like. A lot to look forward to and be hopeful of, based on all of his actions last year on IR, this off season both at OTAs and away, Kyle's revitalized offensive firepower, the defense looking to improved, etc. You can offer me peak Alex Smith, Colin Kaepernick, Jeff Garcia (in guaranteed form nonetheless) and I'll still keep Jimmy. He's the closest to 8/16 from an eye test, and I can roll with that.....
Funny thing is everyone says "We haven't seen him do it for a full season", but when his *3* games weren't exactly amazing, somehow that projects to a full 16 of subpar play (if that's even the right thing to call it, but let's just do it for the sake of argument)???
I'm willing to bet decent money that the 49er yardage and point splits in the 2nd half of each of Kyle's two seasons were markedly better than the first. It's the opposite of what we saw under Harbaugh where the 49ers came blazing out of the gates then struggled as the year went on (2014 in particular).
So 5 good Jimmy games at the TAIL END of 2017 are "eh, whatever", but last year's 3 games to start the season we're back to looking for a QB?
GTFOH.
Very annoying double standard. In six months, we'll finally have an answer either way, at least to his durability.....I think Jimmy's really s***** luck is getting injured on two separate teams within the first 3 games of their respective seasons. It makes Montana seem like an iron man by comparison just by the PERCEPTION.....
What hurts about last year is Jimmy was likely to come on strong during the end. Hopefully we get something like that this year........where we see Jimmy kill it in November/December if he's not already doing so in September.

Dude, the only thing that Jimmy did on that play was put his shoulder into the defender. That was dumb. As far as his knee, all he did was cut and it gave out. That could literally happen at any point in the game.
I dont mind him scrambling as long as he throws the ball away, runs out of bounds, slides, and doesn't seek out contact.

His list sucks ass but I have no issue with Jimmy's ranking, he needs to prove himself.
Tom Brady at 9 and Drew Brees at 10 is a joke.
