He sure did. Like s**t.

2.5 games.
his game today was better than 95% of the games we have seen the last 2 decades.

He doesn't have a lot of NFL experience. He's coming off an ACL. You can't be too positive or negative about his play in the early going. We'll have a better idea by the half way point if he can stay healthy.

He just has to work on his footwork. Realize he's coming off an ACL but wow he looked like Joe Namath on a few plays. Kyle should be able to help him out.
Jimmy will get better, we all seen him hit the throws he missed constantly before. The d just has to pick him up for a little
Looked great on that TD pass to James. He does need to stop staring down his receivers, though and he was a little rusty.

He did better than Rogers in his game.

he played well enough for us to win

he needs to stop throwing pick 6s every week 1

Football is a game you can only get better at by playing. TC and practice doeant do s**t. He just needs to stay healthy and stay on the game. He'll get better.

this "staring down his receivers" take is bs dude
On the touchdown he threw to James he showed he was willing to stand in the pocket.
They need better play calling. They kept running the same plays twice in of their possession

something is off with JG, hopefully is wears off.

Yeah it's not like he tore an ACL last year or something.
He was really uneven, but if you give him the plays that got called back...it wasn't nearly as bad naysayers want you to believe. I saw two bad decisions, two really bad throws and a handful that were not great but shoulda been caught. I also saw some great throws, great reads and some nice pocket awareness

didnt seem to bother him when he ran for that first down that was flagged. ACL or not, hes clearly not the same QB that we saw in his first 5 games that he played in SF. It was clear by Shanahans play calling that he didnt have faith in JG.
So jimmy had to go against the ruthless legendary 2019 Bucs defense. Should be easier from here on out.
