I think when all is said and done they will be a surprisingly solid defense. Looked like his defenses with Arizona. Fast, aggressive and disciplined.
Also, their front 7 should get better if/when JPP's back. Their biggest project is probably getting Winston comfortable and making good decisions.

I think Tom Brady gets the benefit of the doubt with his six super bowl rings.

Call it overraction or not, but Jimmy had too many open misses where the WR was wide open and the pass just wasn't there at all.
This. The high miss to Bourne could have cost us the game.
That has to get cleaned up and fast along with the OL being coached to actually sustain blocks so Kyle deep pitch running game can work.
The OL did a good job protecting him. It was sort of a backwards game for them today—good pass pro, bad run blocking.

It was a tie game without the D pick-sixes, and our FG we got off a blocked punt. Jimmy G. better get it in gear next week; we can't count on that stuff again.

Need to get at least 4 games through the season to have a chance at a fair eval, of anything. Who knows, after 4 games maybe the Bucs defense is #1 in the league. Need some more match ups against other teams to start to understand where they are.

something is off with JG, hopefully is wears off.
Yeah it's not like he tore an ACL last year or something.
didnt seem to bother him when he ran for that first down that was flagged. ACL or not, hes clearly not the same QB that we saw in his first 5 games that he played in SF. It was clear by Shanahans play calling that he didnt have faith in JG.
I call b******t, you have no idea what the thought process was and the play calling if not for penalties would have put up 30
165 yards, that all that i need to know. Are you calling BS on 165 yards passing?
How many yards did we lose along with 14 points that had nothing to do with the play call? Much less your horse s**t about knowing coach doesn't trust our QB.
lol, you dont have to be a rocket scientist to recognize the playcalling was conservitive at best. As for your other meaningless point.......i dont even own a horse, so you are clearly uninformed.

You're missing out. A good horse is awesome. The horse**** comes with the territory. 'Course I live in the country not the city...

Bourne should have caught that one. Not a perfect throw, but it was catchable.

Sorry, but Jimmy played like a QB in the bottom 3rd of the league (even if number 20). Almost every throw was behind or above the receiver. He starred down Kittle and it only because Kittle is a huge target with good jukes that he actually converted some 1st downs. It was all bad, but if we played a decent team it would of been lights out.

It takes every QB a while to knock off the ACL rust, I have confidence that he'll get it together.
He had some wow throws mixed in with the duds, and the two called back TD's to Kittle would have made the stat line more than respectable.
He's got this.
