Well regardless of the disappointing 4th quarter he had last game, he's still the best pocket QB we've had since Garcia. Guy is still clutch as hell, but even clutch QB's fail once in a while.

Would you rather have S.Hill, T.Dilfer, A.Smth, C.Kaeperdink, Hoyer, Beathard, and a whole lot of sh-tty QB's we've had?

Kyle called the play, Jimmy took the SHOT because it was the correct read. and he missed. that doesn't mean Kyle called the play out of ego. that's dumb.

No issues with the play call or read by JG.

If you read what I wrote from where you pulled this out from, it noted the "timing" of that call. We were in 2 down territory there with the game on the line with roughly 1:45 left (IIRC). We score there, that's plenty of time for Mahomes to easily tie it with a FG and the rate at which the defense was giving up TD's at that point, win it with a TD. They were also getting 5+ yards on every play on that drive. No need to take a low % ego shot there and turn it over to your collapsing defense and put that ball in Mahomes hands. Also, their S's were playing down hill and made a couple nice plays up to that point because they didn't fear the deep ball. The time to take that shot was earlier in the game to back them up. Not there.

He went toe to toe with Dres Brees because the saints DB falls down on a wobbly ball thrown ten yards short. Jimmy doesn't lead the receiver in stride. I'm not the only one hear that wants a better, more accurate quarterback.

Hear Hear

A trolling we shall go.

We're not getting TUA. We're picking what? 30th? Not happening unless we trade all our good picks and players away.

Only get this opportunity once. How about Kittle + Bosa + 31st overall for Tua? Maybe throw in Kyle to be their OC while we're doing it.

Jimmy G and a 21' first should suffice

You really think possibly the worst thrower of the football out of all the starters in the league + a late 2021 1st round pick gets the 49ers to jump from 31st to top 5 in the draft? Let's be serious.

We won games because of the scheme not Jimmy lol Why do you think Kyle had a completely different scheme with Atlanta? Because Matt Ryan can make all the throws.

He's clearly not serious enough about getting a real QB. Tua Tagovailoa, not only an elite thrower of the football but he has IT.

Jimmy doesn't even have a T. He's got an I only...selfish POS.

How many times have our receivers had to adjust all year? We were fortunate they caught half those or we win 9 games. Our receivers made some great adjustments all year but we were fortunate for that. A lot of his yardage came on dink and dunk and shovel passes. When you get down to the brass tax of it, he's really a bad quarterback.

Can you address my question of why you think possibly the worst thrower of the football out of all the starters in the league has any trade value that simply adding a 2021 1st rounder gets the 49ers from 31st overall to top 5 overall.
