Seattle's defense is s**tty. They looked like s**t against Mullens who was passing to Dwelley, a rookie and practice squad RBs
We needed Jimmy to take a wounded team on his back and win a meaningful game. I'm not sure if that type of QB is on the roster

I didn't get to watch the game - but, sounds like he was sucking before he got hurt.

Exactly. I'm sure some will try to act like the Seahawks we're playing conservative because they had a lead, but the reality is, Jimmy looks lost at times and doesn't seem to make the correct read.

Stupid decisions, bad mechanics, and shying away from contact are beginning to become more routine. We are paying a lot of money to a 30 year old QB still learning. Something has to give or Kyle and Lynch need to make some hard decisions about his future.
Creeping ? He's already there. Last season here the talent Kaep had was incomparable to what the 49ers currently have. The best pass catcher on the team were Jeremy Kerley and Vance McEffingDonald. Defense was dead last in the league.
We actually have a capable team this time around. Now imagine our defense plays like against Miami and Seattle every game and passing offense actually has to throw a ton to comeback. It would get ugly.

Damn what happened? Was it the ankle bothering him from the start? Can't keep making excuses!

Seattle took a page out of the dolphins gameplan and really confused Jimmy. They blitzed us a ton, something they usually don't do. People can moan about his ankle but it wasn't his arm that was the issue, dude was not seeing the field well and was holding the ball. As for his pick he does that every game, nothing new. In 2017, 2018, 2019 or whatever.
Jimmy is clearly the best QB on the roster but these inconsistent performances are a pain and a reason why the 49ers were sniffing around Brady. He keeps this up and his main competition isn't going be a noodle arm backup that's for sure.

Jeff Garcia mentioned something like that and flat out said Mullens may not be as talented as JG but he knows where to go with the ball...
And yeah, the cawks weren't letting up when Mullens got in there... correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't it Mullens who gave 49ers their first win against Seattle under Shanny in our house a couple years ago?
Mullens was moving the chains against Seattle's horrific defense and If Pettis didn't fumble earlier, who knows.......

I wonder who sees ghosts better, Sam Darnold, Jimmy G or the kid in the movie Sixth Sense
