FWIW I agreed with the people who said the 9ers needed the cap space to re-sign key players. I guess I underestimated the front office!!!

I mean they put band-aid's on everything this yr as far as contracts go...they got a ton of 1 year cheap vet deals because of covid. They have around 34 players signed next yr. Yes Jimmy's will be off the books and more than likely Ford, but you got Bosa due for a big deal in a couple years, McG, Deebo, CB/S and no 1st rd picks for a couple years & just upgrading in general.

Yeah you're right the whole team does joint practices before mini camps lol.

nah you're dug in on a lame narrative that means nothing in regards to why Jimmy should be getting $26M right now.

Literally no FA signing or rookie player should play yr 1 on their new team, if you think a player needs a year to "build team chemistry"….saying you just don't think he should take a pay cut is a more reasonable take lol

None of those QBs got their respective teams to a SB after starting every game, and out of the three, Garcia was the only other QB to put up respectable numbers.

Umm Kap went to a SB and dominated that year. The media couldn't stop talking about how great Kap was that year. Wth are you talking about?

Nope. Kap was a flash in the pan in 2012 and nothing more, got exposed in the Seahawks & Colts games in 2013
