A safe assumption is not a fact. But continue digging around out of desperation. This and the fake tweet makes 3 fakes from you in the last day. We could just order off Ebay if we wanted so many counterfeits.
oh thank you for finally clearing that up!!

The 49ers report to training camp Tuesday and take the practice field on Wednesday. Garoppolo remains the starter, but he's not a lock at QB1, and acting as if his injuries were the only reason for the team drafting Lance feels a bit naive.
When we're at the end of the regular season, and someone says, "this team controls their own destiny," that feels like the perfect way to describe the Niners quarterback situation. Jimmy is the leader in the clubhouse, but if he slips up, here comes the rookie.
The question we need to ask about Jimmy is, in relation to Lance, is his good, good enough?
....I thought we'd see a more confident, assertive QB last season, but that wasn't the case during training camp, and that surely wasn't what we saw during Week 1. The 49ers realized that Garoppolo "is who he is" at this point, which is another reason they swung for the fences with Lance.
The bad habits, like dropping your eyes at the sight of a pass rush or missing an open receiver either intermediate to deep, haven't changed, and it's unlikely it ever does for the 30-year-old to be quarterback.
We'll see how Garoppolo responds to competition. Does it bring out the best in him? Will we see Jimmy G crisp, making plays on time, and keeping the offense on schedule? He doesn't have to become a different quarterback to remain the starting QB.

FWIW,...it might look like my writing,...but I'm not the author.

The writer saying stuff like this:

i.e.,...maybe he DOES work hard at these things during the offseason, but is just incapable,...hence, 3 1sts for Trey. Do you think he's just incapable or do you think he can work to improve? Which would be your opinion?

I think Jimmy absolutely can improve. the problem is, he can get as much practice and offseason work in to improve on those areas, but none of it matters if he can't stay on the field often enough to improve with actual game reps and in-game experience instead.

Shanahan seems especially impressed with Garoppolo's offseason work, adding, "And I thought he had as good of OTAs as he's had since he's been here. So that really excites me about Jimmy going into training camp." Shanahan noted that the quarterback came to OTAs (organized team activities) having improved upon the previous season. He expects Garoppolo to build off that. And having an improved offensive team around him will only help. The San Francisco coach said he told his quarterback, "...there's no rookie who is going to just come in here right away and be able to take your job if you're at the top of your game and what I've seen so far is him getting there. And that's very exciting for me. It's very exciting for the Niners and it's early those were OTAs..."
So what exactly was it that impressed Shanahan this offseason? When asked, the coach responded, "Just how sharp he was, the rhythm of getting the ball out on time, where it was going. Just even if I didn't watch the film, if I just watched his body language, how he talked to people, how he called the play he was very clear. He was very sharp, aggressive in what he did. And it was, it was good to see and excited me while we were away. And you can hear that I'm excited about it now."
