I don't think so. I'm with Doc that he got his bell rung.

Jimmy is an impressive quarterback who can do great things with this team this season. I am definitely looking forward to seeing what the team is going to do.

He's not very mobile, so he's really dependent on the OL giving him time to throw in the pocket.

He's mobile, he just doesn't think about running. He learned behind Brady and under Belichick. The #1 priority taught their is to get the ball out and not run, unless you can't throw like Cam Newton.

He's the slowest starting QB in the NFL per 40 yard dash times. If you want to say he's mobile then every starting QB is.

When he first arrived here he was more consistent at extending plays with his legs in my opinion. I think his injuries has caused him to stay more stationary in the pocket.

But I also think with Trey Lance in the building we will see him use his legs more to buy time in the pocket and pick up first downs even though that's not his strength.

Yes, but sometimes the O-line screws up and causes Jimmy to throw the ball right to the defender as though he is temporarily color blind and can't tell our jersey from the other teams jersey.

They'll probably be looking for more if Wentz is out for an extended period of time.

Getting surgery and out 5-12 weeks. Lynch work that phone!

Colts have $11 mil in cap space.

We can eat some of it (for a better draft pick) or he can agree to a new deal.

We eat some of Jimmy's cap in exchange for better draft pick?
I don't think it happens, just throwing it out there. End of day they can trade for someone like Minshew or Mariota for much less, or just ride with that Eason kid

Or Foles. The Bears could almost double their cap space by trading him. Wouldn't take much in picks I wouldn't think.

And it will probally take another month after that for Wentz to get up to speed since he had no training camp. Plus not sure how long it will take for him to fully be comfortable running on that foot.
