Jimmy about to start his last game for the 49ers

Both can be true. End his 49er career with a bang, shelve him, get trade value.

The blame Jimmy game is hilarious. Niners have muchhhh bigger problems than this dude. Shanahan's record over the last 5 years when Jimmy doesn't play shows that.

But hey, keep believing that the York's, Shanahan, and Lynch are being held back by Jimmy. It's not the fact that they make terrible decision after terrible decision. Once we get rid of Alex Smith, I mean Jimmy, all will be right with the world.

Jimmy is part of the problem my friend. He is the QB and he has been playing like s**t since the Super Bowl and he is getting worse every week.

If your QB is playing like s**t and he is getting worse well.....it means that he is a big part of the problem.

BTW Shanahan´s record with Jimmy in his last 17 starts is 9-8 and 5-6 since the Super Bowl

You mean when he played with a busted calf behind the worst offensive line San Francisco has had for 10 years

Come on, Jimmy - no more ducks tomorrow, please.
I still believe in Jimmy G. underappreciated by this fan base.

If "Jimmy and the rest of the offense aren't executing" doesn't that mean there is something wrong with the system and the coaching? If it is one or two players not executing that is different. But we all know it is more then one or two. IE pass protection and run blocking aren't optimal are they?

I think both can be true. It's clear the players are making mistakes. One could assume that is, at least in part, due to coaching.

I think the system is fine. Tape shows there are plays to be made.
A Cohn video showed up on youtube. The video is over an hour long and I didn't even get through the first five minutes. It was titled 49ers After Dark. Cohn was discussing the Patriots offering a 2nd round draft pick and 49ers turning it down.

My question is, doesn't Jimmy have a no trade clause in his contract this year? If the leaks are true and Jimmy has a no trade clause, isn't it plausible that Jimmy is still a 49er because he turned down the trade? Perhaps, he didn't want to go back to NE and not because ShanaLynch wouldn't take a 2nd rounder for him?

I don't think that's true, but if it is he made a big mistake. I've said it a few times... coming back here after Trey was drafted was a bad decision for him. Should have started some where else fresh.

Texans, Washington Football Team...

Panthers if it were possible, before Darnold trade...Jimmy G's quick passes to Christian McCaffrey could have been a good combo.

No one trading for him would match his current contract this year. He's making his most money staying put. Next best he's making 5th tier starter or backup money. If the Patriots did offer a 2nd he would have been crazy to say yes at a reduced rate.
Jimmy all posting about this homecoming and s**t. Dude better f**king play well or he's going to be on the bench for his homecoming by halftime. I swear losing to this Bears team would be so unacceptable
We paid for a Lamborghini and got a broken down ford pinto that spends more time in the garage than the road…now if we try and trade it in what do you think will happen…. Nobody will give us lambo value… we have to suck it up take the hit and get whatever we can or we just keep pouring good money after bad in the junk and hope for a miracle. Hope is never a successful strategy for improving your circumstances.

I agree, but unfortunately unless Jimmy turns it around, it's going to be another loss.

you mean if mcdaniel calls a s#tty azz game, it's another loss
So Jimmy is better than Murray apparently. At home, against the Packers, Jimmy struggled but still scored "almost" game winning td against Packers starting secondary.

Murray, at home against the Packers, Murray struggled the entire game and threw the game losing interception.

I appreciate you Jimmy. I know you have your limits, but Kyle completely destroyed your career. Sorry.
