If Lance does get the start, don't expect an entirely different playbook, and if we do get an entirely different playbook, don't expect a win. Reworking the offense to completely take advantage of and compliment Trey's unique skill set is something that will happen during the off season for next year, it is not something you implement on one weeks notice while trying to make a playoff push. What I would hope to see is more willingness to take the deep shot / big play (from Lance and Shanny both) and a lot more misdirection in the back field to take advantage of the threat of Lance's legs. He doesn't even have to run it, but when you have to dedicate a LB to spy the QB or a DE has to crash inside to honor the threat, it really stresses a defense when you also have Kittle/Deebo/Aiyuk/Mitchell/Wilson/Juice able to go back there and take an end around

Come on guys. We're at home vs a 4-11 squad that's 30th or worse in offensive rank and defensive rank. And people are honestly saying that KS playbook will result in an L? Let's revisit after the game. I expect a W regardless of what approach we take. If we lose with some dumb playbook I'll take an L on this one. If we win with a different offensive approach you all can do the same.
