I reply that the reason is that the team is winning, and just came off a huge win in Dallas.
For some reason it triggers negativity from you and Random.
Why so salty about other fans being happy about winning and loving the team for it?
Since you said my name I guess this means I finally get a reply to this "clutch" and "choke" rhetoric stuff because you clearly were setting the rules on it one week,....only to disappear and not wanna discuss it the next week. Sooo count your willingness to discuss the keywords if nothing else...

He isn't clutch.

Why do you feel context was needed to temper the celebration of Jummy's clutch performance and why did you bring up Stafford?

Nobody posted that stat other than NY and he did it in response to someone praising Jimmy's performance as clutch.

No, it isn't.
Everything is bot binary. Some folks recognize nuance.
Jimmy was clutch yesterday and Staffird choked, there wasn't much nuance there.
In the 1st half it was the complete opposite. Stafford was "clutch" (I guess,...they were already in the playoffs, lol) and Jimmy had choked.
One more unlucky bounce in the 4th and we're all in the draft forum eying who our 2nd rounder might be. Things are not as binary as you'd like them to be.
No, that isn't how choking or clutch work, lol.
Jimmy was clutch and won, Staffird choked and lost. The 49ers made the playoffs and the Rams lost HFA opportunities.

Of course it is how clutch works. You can't keep crapping the bed in 1st halves and get to compare yourself to Joe Montana and Tom Brady,....lol.
Just doesn't add up. He was the opposite of clutch vs. Tenn and the 1st half of this game. Was able to tie the game up in the end vs. Tenn BUT WE LOST, RIGHT??
Nobody is comparing Jimmy to Montana.
We are just saying he was clutch yesterday and he has been in the past as well. Not so strange after the teams biggest win in a few years and after an epic come back.
Your argument is that Jimmy didn't come through in the clutch yesterday and it is weak.
AFTER COWBOYS GAME:
You said "1st halves don't matter",.....but the 1st half was pretty much what won the game for us. He gets no credit for the pressure to perform in the 1st half, according to your rules, right?
And if these ARE the rules (since you were adamant in setting them),... did Jimmy choke last week?
Let's try @ least one week where you commit to one or the other instead of waiting till the results, then making the rules.
Asking for consistency on this choke/clutch thing,...just like we'll ask out of our QB tonight.
Woo??
And no,...you can't wait till halftime.
Football is a "loser go home sport" but I grew up watching things like baseball and basketball as well and I dunno,...but when you came through in a game 7 or whatever THROUGHOUT THE GAME,...including the 1st half....it was considered clutch.
W/football there aren't multiple games, so does this negate the whole clutch thing and it only counts at the end of games?
(per Woo)
And if this is the rule, then did Jimmy choke last week?? BE CONSISTENT.
