And he still would have lost

Why?

He's been great at protecting the ball....he preaches how important that is in his game.

he's more healthy that Jimmy as well.

Guys, guys, guys....
Trey's time will come, most likely next season. But for now, the team is believing that Jimmy G gives us the best chance to win. Sure, he's not winning pretty and has made some mistakes on his end, but he's playing his part. In the end, we're advancing.

Let's just roll with the victory.

dont give me that "all he does is win" s**t

that got shut down after we lost the Superbowl for me. if we make it to the SB, and win, then have at it.

All he does is win though.

if it's not a Championship, then it holds no value.

Does to me. Jeff Garcia never won a championship and I have awesome memories. Alex never won a SB and I have great memories. Kaep almost won a SB and I have awesome memories. This season has been one of a kind. We're one of 4 teams left. Just be happy broski.

*Kap

Lol I somehow knew you were going to do that.

Does anybody actually think Trey would not of at least had a touchdown drive today? Like 95% confident he would've at least had a touchdown Drive unlike our starter

Yet, here we are only obsessing over one aspect of the team. That's been MY point all year...no matter if it's Trey/Jimmy.
Jimmy vs Rodgers, Stafford(x2), Prescott, Cousins, Burrow

5-1
:32 from being 6-0

All he does is...

(fixed because i'm a tard)

It only comes down to that when everybody says he just wins. When 2019 was here and this year the defense has done more than Jimmy the office of weapons has done more than Jimmy to actually win so I am combating the statement he just wins

In a SB as we saw two years ago. Your QB must make plays. Especially in the 4th.

Yeah give him all the credit I'm sorry that you don't watch football or no football. But it's a team sport and defense in special teams cover the offenses ass today

Agreed.

Let's keep it real. Aaron Rodgers 0 Tds in 60 mins. Not exactly a day for offense. We won. Save the TL talk. JG will be starting the NFC Champ.

I feel like 49er fans are a little *too* bought in to the "only Super Bowls matter" mentality at times. Yes, when you are a top playoff seed, anything less than a SB win is a disappointment. But in years where you scratch and claw to the playoffs, scratch and claw in wins in the playoffs, and make the NFC CG... man, just go with it. Sometimes they result in a SB win that wasn't expected, like in 1988 / SB23.

And all day today treatment was saying Jimmy hast to make a play Jimmy hast to make a play Jimmy hast to make a play. He made two good passes in the last drive but that's not making a play that's doing your job. Jimmy is not a playmaker and never will be

Jimmy's been clutch when it mattered just like that final drive today.

Jimmy had zero touchdowns today. At least Rogers had a touchdown Drive
