It's the playoffs. Deep into them now. I couldn't care less if Jimmy plays sh*tty as long as we win the game.

But this is the Jimmy thread, and we are allowed to single out his performance and discuss it independent from us winning or losing.

We won, so it ultimately doesn't matter, but Jimmy played poorly tonight.
Jimmy was nailing his receivers early and they were dropping it but nobody wants to say kittle or Aiyuk played like s**t. When we needed to move the chains he got it done. I love this dude man, feels great baby!!!

....minus that horrible INT and the up-for-grabs balls he threw to the outside,....@ least one of which should've easily been a pick 6 as Aikman said.

Excellent nucleus we have and it shows,...but I can't fathom us getting saved like this for 2 more games and completing the task.

Agreed. I hope and am confident our offense plays better under better weather conditions next week.

2TDS... 5INTS in those games.

How about this.

In those 4 wins... he has 1TD and 3INTs.

Playoff football is tough. Ratings go down. Teams are top notch no scrubs to pad your stats. Tannehill threw 3 picks today. Burrow was sacked 9 times. Rodgers had zero TDs. I could give a flying f right now about individual stats. The eye test tells me JG played great. One ball he would like to have back but it was the right read just got it out a second late due to having to elude the pressure. Lots of drops and penalties stole some of our offensive thunder and the elements played a big role.

Yep. The only teams left all have great defenses.

There were a number of drops in the first quarter. The Packers were wreaking havoc on our offensive line too. I'm not surprised we struggled. Thankfully defense and special teams stepped up.

And when we had the game tied, 10-10, less than two minutes to play. A chance to win in a game we never had a lead in… Jimmy completed some very poised throws to Kittle and Deebo that got us into scoring range, and then Deebo and Gould finished things off.

It's not always pretty, but Jimmy's doing his part.

Good thoughts, agreed all. He started the game off hitting his WRs while the 49ers OL was not good to start the game. The playoff stat line looks subpar but the results are good. Jimmy needs to play better than what he's done the past two games.

Great points! If the receivers hold on to those passes, good chance they get at least a field goal from one of those drives in the first half.

He hit Kittle and Bradshaw who has no dog in the fight said at halftime it would have been a TD. The Eli penalty wiped out a TD drive (inside the 5) as did the Trent holding. That's 21 points there or more than double what we needed. Consider that despite all the bs drops and whiffed blocks he never lost his cool and hit big throws on the game winning drive. That's called being mentally tough he's got it. I mean do you disagree with Bradshaw? Do you not think the fouls played a role? Heck if we didn't have the Trent holding the JG int never happens.

Kyle in his presser mentioned that the Kittle drop could have scored.

Kittle also made an incredible catch along the sidelines, so it goes both ways.

Exactly. It does go both ways, yet 90% of what I hear is how sh*t Jimmy is. There's a lot more good Jimmy than there is bad Jimmy, yet all of our focus is on bad Jimmy.

It's the playoffs, baby, and Jimmy is a baller.
WE ARE IN THE NFC CHAMPIONSHIP GAME BE f**kIN HAPPY Y'ALL! SHERM IS RIGHT YOU FOOLS CANT ENJOY WINNING.

I hope teams looking for a QB, believe this during the offseason.
He don't throw too many touchdowns.

But he win a lot of games.
