That is why they would deserve the benefit of the doubt.

Here are Jimmy performance in the playoffs...

5 games....2TDs 5INTs... low passing yardage.

How in the HELL DOES JIMMY GET THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT??? like how Joe and others would deserve.

Here. also, are Jimmy's performances in the playoffs. 4-1. Get over yourself. If they make it to the Super Bowl and Jimmy has a stat line like he did tonight 11-19, 170yds, 1 INT, and they win, you and your crowd will spend all of your time in here b***hing about how Jimmy didn't play well. The fact that they won the Super Bowl, hypothetically, probably won't come up at all.

Big time winner in the regular season.

WZ keeps complaining.

2TDS... 5INTS in those games.

How about this.

In those 4 wins... he has 1TD and 3INTs.

Playoff football is tough. Ratings go down. Teams are top notch no scrubs to pad your stats. Tannehill threw 3 picks today. Burrow was sacked 9 times. Rodgers had zero TDs. I could give a flying f right now about individual stats. The eye test tells me JG played great. One ball he would like to have back but it was the right read just got it out a second late due to having to elude the pressure. Lots of drops and penalties stole some of our offensive thunder and the elements played a big role.

He hit Kittle and Bradshaw who has no dog in the fight said at halftime it would have been a TD. The Eli penalty wiped out a TD drive (inside the 5) as did the Trent holding. That's 21 points there or more than double what we needed. Consider that despite all the bs drops and whiffed blocks he never lost his cool and hit big throws on the game winning drive. That's called being mentally tough he's got it. I mean do you disagree with Bradshaw? Do you not think the fouls played a role? Heck if we didn't have the Trent holding the JG int never happens.

Kyle in his presser mentioned that the Kittle drop could have scored.
not just could have imho. there was a replay with an end zone to end zone angle. you could see that there was nobody between kittle and the end zone. on the other replay you could see that the DBs were too far away to catch up.
Jimmy g may not put up the numbers. He may make some s**tty throws and give me a heart attack sometimes. But the guy is perfect for this team. You can't replicate his leadership and calmness.

Jimmy G, you´re a tough son of b***h good lord. The Packers D-Line was outstanding most of the game and yet that damn Garoppolo kept fighting. Was he great? Of course not but this guy always gives us a chance to win. Burrow too had some bad throws against the Titans and he was lucky to only have one interception but that´s the PO. It´s hard for everyone.
I already said it last week but regardless of what happened in the PO, after the Rams game, nothing but respect and love for Garoppolo.

This is what I have told folk about Garopollo. Yes his gunslinger mentality or his linebacker mindset causes him to make dumb plays every game or try to do things outside his physical limitations which leads to mistakes nearly every game but you know what? This guy will stay in the fight EVERY game! He will take that beating and rebound from his errors and never give in to defeat. This is what you want to see in a fighter. Playoff football is a fight. You have to be able to hang in there when you've lost the previous rounds because everybody is good in the tournament but I want the guy and the team that has been in big fights and that show up to brawl in every one of them and with that fighter I'll take my chances because I then know that I truly have a dog in the fight

Not sure what we are talking about here. JG isn't Joe or Steve. He doesn't need to be. They had their day. I want to see a new story. This is JG's time and he'll be starting the NFC Champ. We beat the Rams in LA, the Boys in DAL and the Pack in Lambeau. We can beat anyone, anytime. JG got sacked all day on third no one open. Kittle dropped a long Td. Jennings dropped. BA dropped. Eli face mask. Trent holding. Notice on the pick he wanted the open Kittle but was pressured had to escape and the time escaping ruined the play we could have protected better. JG could have gotten frustrated and demoralized he stuck with it in winning time bang stike to Kittle bang another strike to Deebo we WIN. It's called mental toughness flush the previous play keep playing each moment like it's your last. He did great.

Damn good summary of the game.

I'm still on cloud 9. Go Niners!!

Great points! Love that insight!

Bringing the facts tonight. I love it!!

This is so true, if Jimmy had the same arm strength as Favre, we'd all say Jimmy is a gunslinger. With his arm strength we just call him mistake prone. The boy wins though!!! Keep it rolling!!!

It is not the dog in the fight that matters, it is the fight in the dog that does.
