Throwing risky passes he should never throw in crucial moments, a number of them we luck out on. You think his injuries contribute to his mental decisions?

How many times did Troy aikman say "wow, another very risky throw by jimmy. You just can't make those throws because the good defensive teams will make you pay".
I have a new respect for QB's who value the ball.

jimmys not gonna win a championship game or super bowl, the team will. I hope we get this done and get jimmy his ring. Here's your ring jimmy, good luck with your new team.

Notice how the ball hits him as he's running full speed on the trailing shoulder pad. It's not @ least in the middle or towards the front. He reacted to the ball a little late handwise, and kinda had to curl them up in a fetal position to attempt a hand grab.

Move that pass to the center of his chest, the front shoulder pad, or in front of him as we'd want,....and it's a solid big play. One of the frustrating things about our QB play are too many plays like this. They add up.

Kittle comes back and makes a play he shouldn'tve made on his very next catch. So for him, it evens out. Our QB isin't good enough to do the same.

Lol.

Those throws short down the middle to Deebo and Kittle in frigid weather when we absolutely needed them were clutch.

I see what you did there, but I feel like we're making progress you and I.

Thankfully we have great defense. Jimmy has 6 INTs and 2 TDs in his last 4 games. No TDs in the playoffs. Part of that might be his injuries but the poor choices of where to throw aren't. I don't expect him to throw for 300 yards with that thumb and shoulder but he needs to avoid the turnovers. Eventually it's going to cost this team. They aren't always going to be able to overcome those mistakes.

i mean Kittle dropped like what was going to be a 40 yard or so TD run and catch

i wouldnt get too bogged down in stats in those conditions

I was talking about the last 4 games, not just yesterday. Yes Kittle dropped a pass that looked like it could have been a TD. Not sure because there were DBs on both sides that might have caught him. In those conditions you get some drops. Kittle also made a great leaping catch along the sideline. It doesn't change the fact that Jimmy needs to make better decisions on where he throws the ball. Maybe more now than ever since he's not 100%. You can't always rely on the team to overcome mistakes.

Guys were dropping balls constantly in the first half. Run game wasn't working, OL was awful. But the only thing that I really blame Jimmy about is some of those sacks he took. He should've started getting rid of the ball quicker once he realized how poorly the OL is holding up.

That's on Shanahan to draw up plays for quick passes.

Jimmy does tend to hold onto the ball instead of throwing it away like he should though.

I believe he would have scored after this catch.. but hey, we WON !!!

I've said it over and over, Grappy will not be the type of QB that will put up stats like the GREAT ONES.. but heck, we can win SUPER BOWLS with him...

.. ask yourself this, with all the PERFECT PASSES Aaron threw this season, WHO'S THINKING OF THEM NOW ??

I'm aamzed that any of the receivers can catch balls when their hands are so cold and the ball is as hard as a rock coming at them at around 35-40 MPH.

"lets blame JImmy"
I knew it.

Kittle had to T-Rex his damn arms, lol. Curl your arms up in the same way and try to catch a football. Then post it and let's see how well you do.

Looks like a cleaner pass than it really was. You want one to blame on pass catcher? Show the ones to Aiyuk and Jennings. Those were just flat out drops IIRC.

This one to Kittle highlights one of Jimmy's main weaknesses on plays that should've been big gainers. Too many.
Just win baby! Again Jimmy was well worth that 2nd rounder!

Thought people were talking about the interception.

Actually heard people blaming kittle for that one. He should have come back for that one. Uh, he did, to try to prevent the int. You just gotta shake your head. Whatever. Reminds me of fans of LeBron. Dude can't do any wrong in their eyes. It's always someone else's fault.
