Still funny.

1. Kittle usually makes that play but his arms reacted too late. He expected the pass on his chest (just going by the photo).

2. Jimmy tossed it slightly behind him. Throws it better and it's an easy completion.

What's funny about that? I can't legitimately blame both players for a missed opportunity?

Its called nit picking. The question should be. Should George have caught that pass? The answer is, absolutely. End of discussion.

2-0 over Rodgers in the playoffs.

Back to back playoff road wins against this teams two biggest postseason rivals. It is legendary.

I am enjoying it.

Was Jimmy clutch vs. the Cowboys? Still can't get an answer out of you. Believe me, with the disappearing and reappearing acts you pull, I'm enjoying it as well as the games even more, lol.

Kittle had to T-Rex his damn arms, lol. Curl your arms up in the same way and try to catch a football. Then post it and let's see how well you do.

Looks like a cleaner pass than it really was. You want one to blame on pass catcher? Show the ones to Aiyuk and Jennings. Those were just flat out drops IIRC.

This one to Kittle highlights one of Jimmy's main weaknesses on plays that should've been big gainers. Too many.

Kittle dropped a pass. Who cares, it is irrelevant because the 49ers won.

They have beaten their biggest division rival to make the playoffs, and their two biggest playoff rivals on the road to make the NFC Championship.

I am enjoying it, it is an amazing and legendary run.

Notice how the ball hits him as he's running full speed on the trailing shoulder pad. It's not @ least in the middle or towards the front. He reacted to the ball a little late handwise, and kinda had to curl them up in a fetal position to attempt a hand grab.

Move that pass to the center of his chest, the front shoulder pad, or in front of him as we'd want,....and it's a solid big play. One of the frustrating things about our QB play are too many plays like this. They add up.

Kittle comes back and makes a play he shouldn'tve made on his very next catch. So for him, it evens out. Our QB isin't good enough to do the same.

This whole post is one giant LOL—talk about an absurd microanalysis of a ball that everyone will agree should have been caught. Ah, yes, the ball could have been a few inches closer to the center of Kittle's chest. Or, ya know, Kittle could have made a pretty routine grab on a ball that was generally fine. Give it a rest.

People fail too mention you can't feel your hands in that temp, the ball is as hard as a rock and vision is limited in the wind/snow.

Dude, the throw was fine. It should have been caught. Let it go. This is worse than your insistence that Lance's ball to Jennings' feet against the Texans was a well-placed dime (it wasn't). Come to think of it, I don't see how you can even square your viewpoints.

I didn't post the video,...someone else did. Ask them to Youtube the drops Jennings and Aiyuk had instead. This one only reminds us of one of Jimmy's shortcomings with wide open guys.

I said this yesterday and am going to repeat myself. We are at the point in the season and deep enough into the playoffs that it really doesnt matter at all if Jimmy plays like s**t and we win. All that matters is the win.

However, we can still evaluate Jimmy independently from the result of the game, especially in his own thread. Jimmy had a couple clutch throws at the end, but overall he played poorly. Amazing win all things considered. Lets keep it rolling!

Exactly and he would not have scored like some posters keep saying.

Why so salty after the win?
I never called Jimmy clutch against the Cowboys. Why are you asking?

I am sorry things aren't going your way.

All of this is certainly true. And it cuts both ways, right? Jimmy's hands, vision, etc. are impacted as are Kittle's. But the ball was there. It needs to be caught. Jimmy's job is to deliver a catchable ball. He did that. Kittle's job is to catch it. He didn't.

Guys were dropping balls constantly in the first half. Run game wasn't working, OL was awful. But the only thing that I really blame Jimmy about is some of those sacks he took. He should've started getting rid of the ball quicker once he realized how poorly the OL is holding up.

That's on Shanahan to draw up plays for quick passes.

Jimmy does tend to hold onto the ball instead of throwing it away like he should though.

Ya that's definitely a weird thing about Jimmy, you rarely see him throw it away. I really wonder why? Could be a kink thing and he enjoys getting hit
As bad as Jimmy played, he still played better than Rodgers. Weather was a factor and he made some great plays on the last drive.
