Eh. There's that, but there's also legit love for Jimmy. This isn't your typical I support my teammates type of talk.

Oh oops. Almost like it's hard to be perfect in those conditions.

Its almost as if one of the best QBs in NFL history should be given a little leeway and/or benefit of the doubt. I assume you are being facetious, but you post similar stuff like this repeatedly.

"Im not comparing the two QBs, but.........(insert comparison)." That is a post you make on almost a weekly basis.

2-0 over Rodgers in the playoffs.

Back to back playoff road wins against this teams two biggest postseason rivals. It is legendary.

I am enjoying it.

Was Jimmy clutch vs. the Cowboys? Still can't get an answer out of you. Believe me, with the disappearing and reappearing acts you pull, I'm enjoying it as well as the games even more, lol.

Why so salty after the win?
I never called Jimmy clutch against the Cowboys. Why are you asking?

I am sorry things aren't going your way.

So you're saying he choked during that game right?

Just seeing if you can be consistent on a point of emphasis you've volunteered to make here.

Yes his arms reacted late. They would've had to react earlier. Rewatch the play. I don't really need to gif it do I? You see the ball hit him on his trailing shoulder pad right?

You can't reach back for a pass behind you late,....it's just not gonna happen. Your hands & arms need to be extended earlier. A pass @ least on his chest or in front is an easy grab and his hands and arms are just fine.

Is anything I'm saying untrue??

Not sure what your point is other than our QB needs to be 100 percent perfect 100 percent of the time. Every ball between the numbers every single time or in a lead position. Other guys can miss a block, whiff tackles, drop passes, blow coverage on Aaron Jones but JG you have to be 100 percent perfect every single play it's all i ask

Bad play by Kittle (late recognition/reaction),...Bad play by Jimmy (behind his WR running full speed). Didn't need to be 100%. Just needed to be on him or in front. With wide open guys, he just has too many of these.

Rewatch and if you see something different on this play, let me know.

Terry Bradshaw at halftime talking about the throw he said it was a dropped touchdown. No mention of ball placement. He has no bias pro or against JG.

Listen to Kittle himself "bad play by me should have been a touchdown"

End of convo.
Jennings drop could have been a TD also

Still funny.

1. Kittle usually makes that play but his arms reacted too late. He expected the pass on his chest (just going by the photo).

2. Jimmy tossed it slightly behind him. Throws it better and it's an easy completion.

What's funny about that? I can't legitimately blame both players for a missed opportunity?

Its called nit picking. The question should be. Should George have caught that pass? The answer is, absolutely. End of discussion.

Sorry fella. Seen too many of these types of passes (behind/off target) on wide open guys. Brings back painful memories.

If it weren't a consistent inconsistency from him, I would've never mentioned it. But they add up.

I'll never get on a player for one play. This is an example of a clear pattern that is part of why we drafted a new guy using 3 1sts.

Don't like the truth? Might as well stop responding to the same exact thing then,...you're kinda turning me into a broken record.

What I think of your argument....

I am guessing you only watch 49er football. Otherwise, you wouldn't be making this out to be something that it isn't.

Totally agree. Jimmy played to win, Aaron played not to lose.

Analyze the "Great QBs" and you'll find a million catches where the reciver had to make an adjustment to make the catch. "The Catch" was only a thing because Clark made a low probability circus catch. Last night everything Rodgers threw was low or short and the reciever had to go down to get it. On the long pass before the bloked FG, he probably scores if Rodgers doesn't make him turn completely around for the ball.

This pass was "off" by inches, but it still hit Kittle in the chest and in stride. KIttle would tell you he should make that catch 100 times out of 100.

I'm with you until this part. Sorry but it didn't hit Kittle in the chest and in stride. And Kittle's an unbelievable player,....so of course he's going to tell you that because he's a great player.

I'm not going to excuse 1 player's inconsistency due to another player's greatness.

I dont disagree with JGs impact on his teamates. This is an actual thing that does not show up in the stat line.
On the int, not absolving jimmy of any responsibility but kittle should've come back for that ball....if he did it's AT WORST incomplete

The fact that you're even putting 1% of blame on Jimmy for this drop is deplorable, laughable, and just asinine. Absolute trash take.

There's plenty else to blame or critique Jimmy on. This play shouldn't even be anywhere near that long list. If Kittle catches this ball that's placed right on his numbers, it's a TD or at the very least inside the 10.

Nitpicking to the max. Like holy sh*t dude.

I love how the narrative of Jimmy has gone from his play on the field (good/bad) and now it's all about how amazing of a teammate he is.

Jimmy is an amazing teammate and a tough blue-collared guy. I respect that and so does the locker room not doubt, but play on the field matters and that's been a roller coaster of inconsistency.
