Agree. Again each QB isnt playing against air. There are 11 other guys on the opposing team paid millions to stop Jimmy from completing passes, and running for TDs.
One last note on this,...lol...

Its called nit picking. The question should be. Should George have caught that pass? The answer is, absolutely. End of discussion.

Never said he shouldn'tve caught the pass (it's George Kittle),...but the throw could've been much better. Easy throw for a pro QB to improve and garner an easy gain.

And on the nitpicking about ball placement... you may have never heard this, but...

Did I really take the time to make this image in the last 30 minutes? Or is it able to easily pluck off of the web because it's the game of football?

It only repeats what I've said about this play all morning: small things add up. I've seen off passes to wide open guys too many times to just brush it off.

Football really is a game of inches.

If you choose to follow this sport, you really do need to accept the fact that it's a game of inches. Don't get so upset when someone points out that a QB's play just isin't good enough unless it turns around.

We'll have beautiful conditions to play in wherever we play next week and you just cross your fingers and hope he makes better throws.

As bad as Jimmy played, he still played better than Rodgers. Weather was a factor and he made some great plays on the last drive.

No he didn't. He just had the better team around him. Would the Niners have won that game without the special teams play? I doubt it.

Jimmy owns him.

With that logic, DJ Johnson owns him lol

The 49ers own him and Jimmy owns the Pack in the playoffs.

Rodgers is uninspiring.

Like I said in a much more recent post than you just quoted. You must not watch much if any games outside of 49er football. What you are doing is nit picking to the extreme.

Isn't good enough for what?

Not good enough to come back against the Rams to make the playoffs?

Not good enough to lead the team to a win on the Road against Dallas?

Not good enough to beat Rodgers and the Packers on the road in freezing temperatures?

He has been good enough for this legendary run to the NFCC Game. You have been wrong about what he is good wnough to do.

Like the image says/reads,...perspective really is everything. When your jubilation from the win calms down in several days or so, I suggest you come back and rewatch the video and see if you then agree with my comments on it. But yes, micromanaging is exactly what I'm doing regarding the pass.

You're making this worse for yourself. Take the L and move on. Today is a good day—we're moving on to the NFCCG. Enjoy.

I was worried that Jimmy would lose this game up until just after the int. He was standing on the sideline and someone put his jacket or whatever you call it over his shoulders and he throws it off in anger. That was a sign that the competitive Jimmy just came out to play.

He needs to get pissed before kickoff lol.

"The Catch" was only a thing because Clark made a low probability circus catch. Last night everything Rodgers threw was low or short and the reciever had to go down to get it. On the long pass before the bloked FG, he probably scores if Rodgers doesn't make him turn completely around for the ball.

This pass was "off" by inches, but it still hit Kittle in the chest and in stride. KIttle would tell you he should make that catch 100 times out of 100.

I'm with you until this part. Sorry but it didn't hit Kittle in the chest and in stride. And Kittle's an unbelievable player,....so of course he's going to tell you that because he's a great player.

I'm not going to excuse 1 player's inconsistency due to another player's greatness.

Wait. You're criticizing the THROW from Jimmy on Kittle's drop?

Injured thumb and shoulder, below freezing, on the road at Lambeau in a playoff game. That throw was on the money and Kittle should have caught it. This nitpicking of every miss is absurd. Not to mention no one would even be bringing up Kittle's drop, Jennings drop, Williams' hold, Mitchell's facemask, etc - if the Jimmy haters weren't going full bore negativity after a huge win. Mistakes happen. But our team and players, including Jimmy, are tough as nails and find a way to win. They don't blame each other nor get down on each other, they just keep grinding away and eventually wear teams out. It's a beautiful thing to watch. Would be great if our fanbase was more like them.

I asked you if he was clutch or if he choked vs. Dallas? (Just going by the definition you set for the word the previous week)

Been asking you to commit on this one for a week now and still no answer.

Again, you ignore my statements about how much football you actually watch. That makes it clear that you are not fit to make such a nit pick argument.
Radio is saying Brady may retire this year. Imagine Jimmy ending his career.
