Your analogy needs a little fine tuning.

He will eventually get drilled by a bicycle, get right back up and eventually get across the street.

Dunno,...he's kinda injury prone.

Every NFL player is "kinda injury prone." It's a matter of degree and if playable, as Jimmy said, pain tolerance.

Deebo is limping at some point almost every game. Kittle gets banged up. Williams is hurt right now. Warner is hurt.

Obviously Jimmy is unfortunately the guy who's missed more or less two seasons to injury. Bosa has already missed one and missed most of his last season at Ohio State.

I'm sure you're being a bit tongue-in-cheek. But it's the reality of football too.

Lol yes....this is a line I've repeated over and over to NC. Some certainly get injured more than others but hey, it's football.

How dare you try to bring this thread back on topic.

Why would any of his current teammates say anything remotely negative rn. The truth comes out down the line

Okay- thank you for ignoring the point. Bennett's point was he wouldn't play with an injury. He now has played 3 out of the 4 games the 49ers have played in since sustaining an injury that will probably require surgery in the offseason. Therefore, Bennett's point is, as I said, "old news".

Why is Richard Sherman, a guy we once went out of our way to hate, and now a Buccaneer, or was a Buccaneer, going out of his way to praise Jimmy G. I mean, not a current teammate and the truth comes out down the line, right?

Or maybe you can just stick with the admitted fact that you dislike Jimmy as a player (your right) and just admit that you won't accept that either you don't have a point or no answer given will be good enough to prove you "wrong".

My point was it's been stated all his teammates love him. When in fact they don't. That's the point.

Probably all of his current teammates. But even if they don't, so what? The odds of 52 (or more if you count practice squad and injured reserve) other people loving you and never having a bad thing to say about you is remote. That's with any person and any place you work or go. If you choose to go with the course of an entire 8 year career thus far it becomes even more remote that every single person never would say a negative word about you under any set of circumstances.

I'd hope that we could all have enough maturity to grasp that.

Someone said I want to say in this thread that according to Kyle the shoulder isn't an issue anymore. Thumb of course still is.

Yeah I was wondering the same thing. Like, how did someone post that many times and I've never seen it?

Also, where is this page post count? I'm really curious what my counts are in some pages, lol.

SkyZer0

I think the shoulder is getting healthy and not really an issue now, the thumb still is though. My *hope* is that - because he's not re-injured it, that maybe some sort of healing has happened. But doubt it. Since the injury, that thumb hasn't had much rest and for all I know he's been hit repeatedly on it, since then just because he's the QB. (I don't know that for a fact) point being, that thumb will be a issue for Jimmy for the rest of the season and unlikely it will get better any time soon.

What teammates don't like him?
Your hanging your point on one talking head's hotcakes. He barely even played with him.
