Dude is a true leader and I think a lot of what Acho said on his segment makes sense. He doesn't get caught up in all the nonsense, he's the adult in the room that steers the ship in the right direction. Jimmy hasn't been great lately but his shoulder was an issue the last two or three weeks, Shanny says it's Not in the injury report sohopefully it's just the sting in the thumb that he is used to by now and he has more power to get some zip on those passes.

The bold - couldn't agree more.

"Who the hell is Mina Kimes and when is the last time she threw a touchdown pass in a game?" Garcia asked. "Never! Ever! has she taken a snap or can truly understand the ability, the mindset, the physical and mental toughness, that it takes to play the QB position or any position in the NFL.

He went after my boo because she was speaking the truth

Kimes is a muppet

It wasn't so much what she said as the way she said it. Her take wasn't that different from a lot of what the talking head class have been saying. The issue was that she delivered it in such a smug, smarmy, condescending fashion that I was kind of surprised that the two former players who were at the table with her didn't call her out on it. I mean I have never played any sport beyond the high school level but even I was really taken aback by her attitude which I imagine is what triggered Garcia's response, which was very much along the lines of what I was thinking when I heard her say it. How many professional games of any sort has she played? Has she ever had to try and throw a football 20 yards down the field with a torn ligament in her thumb and a sprained shoulder in weather that was near 0 degrees? Has she ever been involved in any kind of one and done situation where you are trying to help your team win a game and your chances for success are dwindling? I have watched a couple of reaction to the reaction videos and to my mind they are all missing the point, just as she missed the point when she responded to Garcia's criticism. It wasn't what she said it was the dismissive way in which she framed it and the snarky, smirking grin on her face as she was talking. Made me want to smack her..

I'm sure they're expecting their 3rd kid soon

That's f**kin pathetic man straight up
Jeff Garcia was right. Straight up and down no apologies needed. If you can't take the heat stay outta the kitchen

She wants to go out with her Seahawk loving ass and berate Jimmy so callously well then if you can dish it then you should be able to take it or else go find something else to do

The expectation was that it would generate views and clicks and fill airtime, which is true for all sports media, and for that purpose it has been extremely successful.

He is exactly right. This trash being said about our QB who happens to be in the midst of winning is galvanizing this locker room and it is causing guys to pull together and really get after it to win for Jimmy. No different than Ravens and Ray Lewis or Broncos and Manning.

Guys are coming out publicly defending Jimmy and you better damn well believe they're going to be head hunting this Sun in the hopes to shut people up trashing their guy and team captain. This ain't doing nothing but adding fuel to the fire

That's your opinion.

I personally agree with him that he has some good points. I have never played that position at that level and I know he has at the highest of levels. I am sure what Jimmy is doing is extremely difficult and it is certainly more than "getting an A on the team assignment without doing any of the work"

Thats an idiotic take!

Now if we want to say Jimmy ain't Rodgers Brady or whoever my eye test as an observer says the same but to say something so stupid as to say Jimmy ain't a real contributor through blood sweat and tears rain sleet or snow injuries and ailments in a game like this with three hundred pounders beating down on you at all times is a very ridiculous thing to say

I don't care if it's Stephen A Snitch Mina Kimes or whoever.

Now she's entitled to say what she wants but so is Jeff and what he's saying has far more weight to it than what she's saying in my opinion

In my own profession I can attest to the rigors from a professional standpoint via experience so I don't expect an observer to know what it feels like to do what I do. I respect them to have an opinion but if they want to talk all wild and callously about me or one of my colleagues in criticizing me or one of my own then he or she should expect that they too can be criticized for their own observations

This is why I say if you can dish it then you better be able to take it

Jeff could very well be a moron as you've said but nonetheless I concur that what he said makes sense as to his own opinions playing the position and as to the vitriol he leveled upon her well then she sure did not seem to care when coming for Jimmy in the manner in which she did

Stephen A is another one and he has a particularly unfavorable image in pockets of my community for various reasons. He is a highly paid minstrel that is very entertaining but his so called sports "analysis " and hot takes are little more than good entertainment as far as I'm concerned

I have devoted more than 35 years of my life to this particular subject. I am not here today to debate. I only debate my equals. All others I teach

This is to paraphrase the great warrior scholar John Henrik Clarke

Who is arguing?

I just got on to comment and in my opinion Mina had a trash take on Jimmy as Stephen A so often does. They're entitled to their opinions like anyone but all the same they should be ready for folk to come down on them just as they've come down on others and if they're not then I'll have no pity for them

If you can't take the sun then go hide in the shade

This is the Jimmy thread and she had something to say Stephen A had something to say. Our players had something to say Jeff had something to say and come this Championship Sunday our team will have something to say

If we get this win I'll be listening at the winner's table at what Jimmy has to say

😂

Man if she wants to hurl insults at our QB well then she better be able to take them being hurled back at her. That's all in the game!
