You are obviously excellent at quotes. Can you please produce this one? I missed the guarantee that Jimmy will be on a roster this year.

Rib?
How can you have an educated opinion if you don't even listen to the GM or know his stance?

When asked if the 49ers eventually would consider releasing Garoppolo if they fail to find a trade partner, Lynch indicated they will not.

"He's too good of a player. I don't foresee that, and I think Jimmy will be playing for us or he'll be playing for somebody else. He's too good of a player not to be."

"I think we're fortunate that we have three quarterbacks we believe in – Trey [Lance], Jimmy and Nate [Sudfeld], Some people are looking for one."

You forgot to bold the other part of the statement. There I did it for you.

That's not what he asked lololol. I mean... Uhhh... He asked a question that he obviously didn't even know the FO's stance and I answered it.

Again if you guys don't even know the GMs position how can we have honest diologue?

They lost Bosa for the entire 2020 season, Kittle missed half the season, Deebo missed a bunch of games and was never healthy, All their RB's were hurt etc etc. I am sure that had nothing to do with the losses when Jimmy wasn't playing. But no it was all Jimmy lol.

"Man, I think people got short-term memory loss or something because, before Jimmy came (the 49ers weren't good). . . . He saved us, I won two games, four games, and when Jimmy came he really turned it around, brought us to the point where we're at now. I have nothing but love and respect for Jimmy . . . being able to see what goes into it, what he goes through day in and day out."

-Armstead
Totally stacked, 9-30 stacked

I'll take Ariks word over a person who has an obvious hardcore bias thanks...but... He's a liar according to you. Everyone is a liar in this franchise... Everyone.

That's not saying he wont be cut, lol. 100% Noncommittal. That way he cant be called a -- you know -- liar.

Not I think...

He specifically, right there said

"I don't foresee that,..."

He then said "I think Jimmy will be on this team or somebody else" meaning we might keep him we might not.

As I've said... All along

Not saying he is lying but what else is he going to say? "Jimmy was ok I guess, And it's time to move on"

Ok. Hypotheticals. No thanks.

Armstead is correct.

It's okay to be thankful for the turnaround that Jimmy and the team accomplished, during his time here, and at the same time be excited for the future with Lance.

Hopefully, Lance can take what Jimmy and the team built and take it another level and bring home #6.

You cannot accept only part of the statement that you choose to believe and discard what you choose not to believe. Shanahan has final say in the 53 man roster.

Here let me take a page out of your book.

"Jimmy's done a great job for us. We brought Trey here to be that eventually. And I think that'll be sooner than later. But when Jimmy gets a surgery, we can't upgrade our team by getting some good picks until people feel good about that. I'm alright with that. We're not just getting rid of him to get rid of him. Jimmy is a good player that we all really like as a person and as a teammate, and we're going to wait to see whatever helps the Niners the most."
Shanny says it, York, Lynch, Frank, Sanders, Arik, Deebo, Kittle, Mitchell, Trey, Gronk pretty much every player that's played with him besides trash ass Bennet who cried about the same injury Jimmy played with.

According to this place they are all in cahoots to some huge conspiracy even though evidence suggests he's did his part with one of the best winning percentages in the NFL and 2 NFCC'S and a SB appearance.

Meaning they may keep Jimmy If it helps.......as you conveniently left out the most important part. Exactly as I've been saying.

"But if we can't upgrade our team in another way, we're not just going to get rid of a good quarterback because we have other quarterbacks on the roster."

Anything else?

Then why does no other team want him? And don't say it's his injury. If a team really wanted him, That wouldn't stop them unless it was a longterm injury which this isn't. But nobody wants to even give up a 2nd for him. If Jimmy is still here in August they will spin it like they wanted a good QB room but in reality it will be because nobody else wanted him. And I will say this again, Last season counting the playoffs he had 22 TD's and 15 INT's. In the playoffs he has thrown more INT's than TD's.

As I've said... All along

"I don't forsee" and "I think" does not equal "He will not be cut."

The 1st 2 is avoidism (yes,...that's a new word),....while the last one would've been definitive.

To conclude, Lynch has NEVER said what you claimed he said if these are the best quotes you can muster up.

Well cutting him now does not help us. It could help us later when he clears a medical exam and we have an opportunity to upgrade another position.

Oh and thanks for making my point. I did exactly what you did and pick and choose the parts of the quotes that I choose to highlight and ignore the rest.

Because he's injury prone and expensive. 27 mill plus draft picks compared to giving up basically nothing for guys like Mariota, Trubisky, Wentz(whos owner actually trashed him) and a 3rd for Ryan who has a worse contract than Jimmy but I think Ryan is on Jimmys level. Good, sometimes great, sometimes terrible

Come draft or come next season a team will
get desperate. To just cut him with the roster basically set is pointless. We still can do what we need. I mean we just signed some no name receiver.
