Cut him!

See... This is why i call them bottom of the barrel fans. They literally would rather hurt the team and cut Jimmy then better the team by getting something out of him. Their cult like hate towards Jimmy triggers them so amazingly bad, they can't stand him on the team which is literally hurting nothing. We can still sign Deebo btw.

Just sayin...

Lmfao your arguments r as bottom of the barrel as they come. Your undying love for a pedestrian player carried by his team is laughable. And if u are so brilliant than u would understand the 20 plus million saved on the books let alone the distractions of having this middling qb on the roster far far outweigh a 5th round draft pick which is probably overstating his value. But hey u wanna swing on the nuts of your god jimmy u better get swinging cuz he's a career backup the rest of his career. Aka Teddy b 2.0. Now that's a bottom of the barrel qb

20 mill? Why not just cut him if the money is that important? Yes I understand we save money if he's healthy but If we were going to spend money why waste it on special teams, no name WRs, and camp depth? How much of that 20+mill is going towards Bosa and potentially Deebo?

Here's Lynch today saying exactly what I'm saying. I'm right as always but by all means tell Lynch how bottom of the barrel is. Tell the GM that agrees with me how much more you know about football...

"And so you certainly don't just give guys like that away and we can, I guess, foot the bill if you want to describe it as that. "

Put the word "will" in place of "can" and you might actually have something solid.

The gm of ANY team will lie straight to your face. Of course that's not true with the almighty jimmy who 31 other teams passed on like std riddled street walker.
Lynch on if he will cut Jimmy

"I don't foresee that," Lynch said, via ESPN. "He's too good a player. I think Jimmy will be playing for us or will be playing for someone else."

Or playing for someone else. Still nothing solid yet but keep trying.
Lmao if u take Lynch's word as truth u r a lost soul. He's done the exact opposite of everything he's stated since he got here
To add to the common sense behind what Lynch is saying despite what the conspirators are saying, what good does cutting Jimmy when a team more than likely will need another option if a guy gets hurt? What happens if Trey gets hurt again as he did in 50% of his starts? What if Trey completely flops? I'm not saying that I think he will but if you watched any of these rookies last year, they were far from ready.

If they can't trade him. Still nothing solid? You have absolutely nothing besides calling him, Shanny and York a liar dude.

27 mil back up qb. That's the title of the book on how to get fired as a general manager. Better come to terms that jimbos days r numbered

No. I am mot calling him a liar. Actually, I just think those statements are well constructed in order to keep folks on the fence. That its just as likely that both sides of the argument could come true. You hang on those statements but seem to completely ignore the parts that leave everything in question.

Unlike you, I want whatever is best for the team. If that means bringing Jimmy back and competing, something you are terrified of because you have no faith Trey can beat him, so be it. If we cut him, I wish him the best. Personally I want to see us get something out of him via trade. I've made it clear over 20 times if I had to choose I'd take Trey.

I don't have to make up fairy tale conspiracies due to being triggered by Jimmys very presence. It's obvious the FO wants to trade him as that's the plan but they have never once ruled out his return as much as you want to conspire. Not once. In fact they have done absolutely nothing to confide Trey as the guy this season. Not once. Lawrence, Wilson, Fields, Mac all have the franchises full commitment, but why not Trey?

"We believe he's ready" sounds as solid if not more solid than any quote of Lynch's you've posted up to this point.

😂😂😂😂😂 I'm dead read the last 3,000 pages on this page. If jimmy wants to get paid 3 mil sure keep his ass on the bench. No way in hell is it better for the team at 27 mil. You can get that out of your head rn. Stupid af
Weird how he literally didn't say a word about Trey but said this about Jimmy

Is there a scenario where you see him still on the roster?

"Absolutely."

Absolutely there is a scenario. Key word is scenario. Its only one of many so of course there is a scenario where Jimmy will still be on the roster but its not the only scenario. There are atleast 2 other scenarios that would see Jimmy not on the roster.

Lynch did say " We believe he's ready" when talking about Trey.

The league has spoken. 31 other teams think jimmy is dog s**t. Imagine the one guy responsible for trying to unload him has to fabricate answers on the Hail Mary off shot one team is dumb enough to believe him and give away anything in a trade. But hey you can believe lynch all u want. Or develop common sense and understand he's literally talking out his ass. Denial is real

I don't get what we are trying to do.

Kap, Baker Mayfield, Jimmy G, or a Rookie?

Looks like most teams are content with a rookie at this point. We are pissing off our stud player in order to keep a guy that everyone knows will be cut sooner or later.

Hes not even simply talking out his ass. He just isn't an idiot and going to say that Jimmy will be cut... that would make no sense if you intend to trade him. Releasing now makes zero sense. Telling teams you are going to release him makes zero sense. Free agency is over so you keep him praying for a trade until the day his contract is guaranteed and then release him.
