Even tho I would've preferred that Jimmy was traded for a draft compensation, I really don't mind keeping Jimmy around sans the money stuff. He's a great dude, teammate and everyone loves him. What I don't like is the idea of Trey having to look over his shoulder, or Kyle not being as patient with Trey as he goes through the inevitable growing pains because Jimmy is around.

I think all the other teams know we are going to dump him so no reason to trade for him. No team is very high on getting him, so they are not worried on missing out.

Carolina really gonna go with a 3rd round pick to start when Rhule needs to win? Jimmy would be perfect for a year in front of Corral, starting Darnold again is a death sentence for Rhule unless the front office and owner ok with him being a lame duck.
