He didn't read the defense pre snap or he would have noticed the single high safety cheating over to Deebo, indicating that Sanu would be open on the inside post route.

I wonder why Jimmy regressed so much over time. When he came to the Niners he was hella on point with his reads.

He had nothing to loose and was giving his best of the best for a big contract. In addition, he was better than anything the team had trotted out as the starting QB in a long time so he did look good. That was his ceiling but no one really knew at that time because of his lack of playing time.

his attitude in the pocket changed dramatically after the acl. He was a stud before then. After that it was all crumples.

You cant be serious with the bolded/underlined. You just cant be. This is a prime example of why there are so many arguments on this board. Because people completely make things up to fit their opinions. The single high safety started shuffling his feet towards Deebo's side of the field at 0:04 into the video. The ball was snapped at 0:09 into the video.

Even if the safety didnt start sprinting towards Deebo once Jimmy started his throwing motion, there is absolutely zero chance he would have been able to get to Sanu. A good QB identifies this. Jimmy decided where he was going with the ball before the play started.
