Keep Jimmy's return a possibility?

So many signs to show this is Lance's team... that there isn't a need to announce he is the starter.. because it's moot point

• You do not draft high for QB to only sit
• Kyle implementing Lance in games to get his feet wet for the 2022 season
• Announcing Jimmy is on the trade block (this is biggest sign ever)
• actively trying to trade an injured jimmy
• no current plans that include jimmy in the offense

This sounds like someone that has been informed of the team's future plans.

This is like last year when Kyle kept saying Jimmy is the starter and people refused to believe it. Now this year it's obvious Lance is the starter and some are refusing to accept it.

What about the "but" part says anything different? The "but" part has nothing to do with Jimmy being the starter and everything to do with the fact they're telling the NFL they're not just gonna cut Jimmy, especially before he's even cleared. They don't have too.

What key's are you talking about? It's May rookie mini camp. Lance will be getting all the 1st team reps in OTAs. If Jimmy is practicing and taking all the 1st string snaps in TC, like last yr then you have something to go off of. As of right now Lance is being treated as the starter by the players and Kyle...simply based off the fact that they WANT to trade Jimmy. They just haven't been able too, it's not the hard to understand.

I for one pushed for Lance to sit last year and wanted Jimmy to start.

1. I absolutely don't want Jimmy starting this year. I still think we can win superbowl with him if he stays upright, but Trey was drafted for a reason, and I can't take another year like last year. Too much anger and hostility. It's time for Trey to show us what he can do.
