The product on the field for one, but its mainly from the reports that he frequently ghosted the team (coaches, FO, and players) during the offseason. If you're paying someone $25 million a year, you'd expect them to be a little more dedicated than a seasonal mall Santa.

One writer wrote a story that a "source" allegedly said he did not spend all his time in Santa Clara after he signed his contract. ONE writer who was quoted by others does not equate to "reports" plural.

You have your opinion but don't deliberately misrepresent the story just because you don't like the guy.

Kittle said the same thing...

Jimmy definitely seemed like a 9-5 guy. You didn't read reports about him that would say he's the first one in the building and the last to leave. He wasn't holding offseason camps like Alex did, or working out with teammates like Trey is doing.

Probably explains why he never get better. Glad we're moving on, this team deserves better.

Why risk losing him in FA to another team, if they can just give up a draft pick and negotiate a new lower contract? They also would want him in as soon as possible, to get reps in training camp, as apposed to waiting until September to acquire him.

What draft pick is worth two weeks of Jimmy in the pre season?

With every passing day, this thing is getting more and more silly.

Agreed, I don't think theres that big of a market really for him to where they couldn't just wait and not lose any draft picks. Let brissette play weeks 1-3 until Jimmy gets acclimated to their system and then let him start and don't have to give up any picks. This again is only my opinion of what I think is going to happen so who knows...

Very, possible - it can play out that way.

I said this s**t last week and no one agreed. At least folks are starting to open their eyes now and not getting their hopes up too high.

Just because someone doesn't t**t out their breakfast everyday or post 100 selfies on InstaFace from the gym doesn't mean they're not doing something.

Also worked with Tom House the "throwing guru".https://www.5thdownfantasy.com/fantasy-football/news/jimmy-garoppolo-gearing-up-for-training-camp/

Garoppolo also lost huge amounts of off-season time to injury rehabs.

Extremely extreme Insecure and clingy insecurities is all it is with these guys sadly.

He attended workouts with Kittle a few times.

2018 he worked with Jet and others

Garoppolo and Kittle's friendship has taken off over the last couple of years. It has seen them attend WWE events together where they were seen chugging beers and giving the People's Eyebrow. That has even led to Kittle donning a customized shirt of the 49ers quarterback wearing nothing but swimming trunks.

My favorite is Deebo calling the insecure "9-5" tin foil hat clings out.

Damn triggered again lol

Hanging out with teammates has nothing to do with being the first guy in and out of building, and holding offseason "camps"

He's still the same QB every year bc he didn't put in that extra time. There was no improvement with him.
Breaking news from 2018, which in and of itself is an oxymoron.

Can't make this bleep up.
Lol insecurities…. Just wondering, what are these guys insecure about?

lol, this proves nothing. He's been here 6 years. like i said before.. you count on a ninja turtles hand how many times this guy actually works with the team let alone stays after practice to work with anyone.
We just need positive stories for one week to get this guy out of town perhaps.. and we can't do it.. we have to bring up old stuff which wasn't even a story as it happened..

The stories have been there about his slow starts to the season and lack of motivation.

Does the web server here keep crashing (the past week mainly), or is it just me? Every time I get an internal server error I think finally, jimmy's been traded. The Webzone has become an apocalypse that cannot handle the Jimmy G thread anymore.
