Enough of this back-and-forth. Go get a private room if you want to continue. Just don't waste cyberspace here with this stuff.

My prediction. James Richard Garappolo does NOT see the field this season for the 49ers.

How does he not beat Stafford with better weapons and a better offensive coach?
Jump pass TD to Boldin in the NFCCG versus an all time great defense. Regardless of how you feel about Kap that's a TD I will always remember as a 49ers fan...
Lol Boldin easily carried the passing attack that season, a passing attack that was ranked as THE WORST in the league for most of that year. That team would've been screwed had not brother Harbaugh given him to Jim as a charity for losing the super bowl. I'm sure if you looked-up how many receiving yards Boldin had compared to the rest of the team, it's pretty abysmal, even worse if you took out Vernon Davis from that category. Considering how much hype was around Kap after that 2012 run, he was really nothing special in 2013, 25-30 other QBs could've done what he did that season
and I'm pretty sure that TD isn't the first thing that comes to mind in regards to the NFCCG. I toss a turn while I weep in my pillow for most nights knowing how close those Harbaugh teams almost had Peyton Manning

This is the Jimmy thread. What are we doing here trashing Kap in this thread. They're weren't many other QBs going into CAR and GB and beating them and then into SEA and taking them down to the final tick.
They just weren't and we finished the second best team that year and would've been champs if that NFCCG were played in SF and it would've been had we won one of those contests vs SEA
We all saw the games and the season and we all experienced the ups and downs.
We paid Kap a record breaking though incentive laden deal after that season
Same thing we did in a sense for Jimmy after his own five game win streak

Not going to rehash the obvious glaring deficiencies Colin had and never improved on , but given how bad our o line play was last year, and the fact that at the beginning of the year Aiyuk wasn't who he was later , and that our running game was so bad we had to use Deebo as a RB Instead of WR for so much , I dint even see Colin getting us to the playoffs with that team.
Lol Kyle wasn't the only coach to roll with a worse QB than Kap that year, you're hopelessly naive if you truly think all those teams passed on Kap based on football alone.
We had a worse Oline and run game in 2016 and Kap put up respectable numbers that year. I think he'd do pretty damn good with the Oline, weapons and coaching we had last year
Hopelessly naive 😂😂😂
I have probably followed football since before you were born.
And while his SJW stance contributed to his not getting picked up, it most certainly was not the only reason. And I sincerely doubt it had very much if anything at all to do with Kyle's evaluation of why he didn't keep him.

I only brought up Kap because the other poster called Anquan Boldin over the hill, which imo is insulting considering how valuable he was during his tenure, especially that 2013 season. And I remember those 2013 playoff games quite well. GB was not very good that season, they barely made the playoffs after the Bears choked the division away, Rodgers was coming off an injury. Yes Kap driving down the field with his legs to set up the game winning FG in sub zero weather sounds badass, but in reality the 49ers should've had the game wrapped up by halftime. Offense stalled far too many times, which was always a huge problem with those Harbs teams.
Carolina game was the defense imposing their will onto Cam Newton until his was in tears. Kap was magnificent in 2012, everything else left a lot to be desired

Thanks for resigning handsome jimmy. The seagulls were waiting to eat our leftovers but at the last minute we said nooooope. That in itself is worth the money.
I want to see them burn with geno smith. That fan base absolutely deserves to eat the s**t that is coming their way.
