Backup QB ranks

1. SF
2. DET
3. PHI

Lol Boldin easily carried the passing attack that season, a passing attack that was ranked as THE WORST in the league for most of that year. That team would've been screwed had not brother Harbaugh given him to Jim as a charity for losing the super bowl. I'm sure if you looked-up how many receiving yards Boldin had compared to the rest of the team, it's pretty abysmal, even worse if you took out Vernon Davis from that category. Considering how much hype was around Kap after that 2012 run, he was really nothing special in 2013, 25-30 other QBs could've done what he did that season

and I'm pretty sure that TD isn't the first thing that comes to mind in regards to the NFCCG. I toss a turn while I weep in my pillow for most nights knowing how close those Harbaugh teams almost had Peyton Manning

Just because he was the best we had doesn't mean he wasn't over the hill. He wasn't completely done like 2015 Boldin but he was at the tail end of his career. He left our team as the #1 and immediately became the #4 or #5 on the Lions. He and Vernon had good stats because they were the only viable options for over half of the 2013 season.

I have probably followed football since before you were born.

And while his SJW stance contributed to his not getting picked up, it most certainly was not the only reason. And I sincerely doubt it had very much if anything at all to do with Kyle's evaluation of why he didn't keep him.

A QB with a 90 passer rating while rushing for 40+ yds a game on 7 ypc (on one of the least talented teams I've ever seen) didn't even get to tryout?

Without SJW he absolutely would have played in 2017, which makes sjw THE reason he didn't.

very possible... Shanny will take the 4th rounder that can become a 2nd rounder IF they they get in the Super Bowl..
Day 7.. 1 week as backup

Kyle is spending a lot for security here. I guess we need 2 QB's to run this scheme. LOL

Kyle has had his starter get injured every season but one. Jimmy is paid top notch for a back-up role, but he's a top notch back-up (literally is a starting caliber QB). It makes sense. What didn't make sense was keeping him for his original salary. What he's making now, assuming Trey doesn't get hurt or plays so badly he gets benched, is around a fourth of what he was making. That's an absolute, unquestionable steal.

They do come true though...

There is no possible way Jimmy starts week 4 unless Trey gets injured. Absolutely none. Even if Trey sucks really badly. AT BEST it would be mid-season, and even then only a fifty-fifty shot at best.

The starter will be determined by Kyle based on who gives us the best chance to win that week's game. Pretty effin simple. It will be evaluated every week. If trey executes the way kyle likes, he will start the whole season. If he plays like a 22 year old who's been in three games in two years, I don't guess he will be starting past october. This is about winning games. It is not about giving trey touch time. This has been crystal clear since last season. No change now.

I think he could make into week 3. But once the tape starts rolling, it's going to be really tough to keep trey in games. My 2c.

Although, there is a wild card.

Our IOL could be so godawful that it's really not going to matter who is behind center. In which case yeah, give trey more time since we'll be giving up 4 sacks a game and constantly nicking up our QB's. So there's that.

Let me repeat:

There is no possible way Jimmy starts week 4 unless Trey gets injured. Absolutely none. Even if Trey sucks really badly. AT BEST it would be mid-season, and even then only a fifty-fifty shot at best.

NONE. How do I know? Jimmy was playing terrible and we were 3-5 and he still got another chance.

The mute button aka hide post from the toxicly unevolved is healthy and gives you the right to post your POV and opinion without harassment and nonsense from the toxic and unevolved of a public forum, aka healthy boundaries from the toxic 😉

And yes Alex Smith is and was always a better QB than Kraperchoke ever was, how many Pro bowls did Alex made and how many did Kraperchoke made?
Same for Jimmy G, how many pro bowls did Jimmy G make so far?
The only things Jimmy G got going for him as a NFL QB so far are a good win % and some playoff and 1 SB loss experience, otherwise he was carried by his teammates (similar to Kraperchoke a flawed QB with many shortcomings why he was replaced by Blaine Gabbert of all people and not even in the NFL anymore 🤣), for example Deebo running the ball last year is why Deebo got Paid and Jimmy G took a huge paid cut to stay as the backup QB, like I've said the NFL is a performance based business and nothing more

I liked Colin, and thought he'll be a great QB, then Harbaugh was let go. I've always thought if somehow Harbaugh stayed and they drafted better, Colin would have had a good chance to win a Lombardi.

I think Trey is in a similar position, but the difference is that Trey has a better offensive minded coach *and* they draft well. If Colin had Kyle (I know Kyle cut Colin) and he had Deebo, Aiyuk, and Mitchell and that 2021 defense, with his athleticism - I think he beats Stafford, assuming we had the 2012 Colin, not the 2017 Colin. Keep in mind this assumes Kyle keeps Colin. At that time Kyle let Colin go, he didnt have the confidence in Colin the way he has confidence in Trey today.

The NFL already caught up to Fool's gold and he never ascended, he actually went backwards, the race thing was a plot for attention and another way for money because he couldn't earn it on the field anymore and knew it. Furthermore that championship defense Harb mostly inherited was old and gone and Harb never have an eye and skill to draft and obtain top WRs for the offense to be more than anything but a run 1st and run only offense, which was funny that actually suited Alex Smith way better as opposed to Fools gold CK who was NEVER a accruate passer to begin with and NEVER improved on his accuracy or reading defenses and was already declining as a NFL runner towards the end of his NFL career, why he choke in the SB and NEVER made 1 pro bowl and was kicked out of NFL once he chose to play the race issue for nothing more than $ reasons.

See the PM I sent you.

Seattle had a historic defense at that time. Not easy to beat them when the fastest player on offense is the QB.

Bad teams always try switching the QB. Remember we want Carr?

Pro bowls don't mean anything to me. Alex never actually made a pro bowl either fyi, he was always a replacement for the pro bowlers who did not care to participate
Arguing Colin vs Alex in a JG thread , when Trey is our starter…WZ classic.

Still low vibrational, toxic and unevolved as ever 🤣
Like I said no chance for ascension this life time 🤣

FACTS: Alex > Jimmy > Krap (so flawed and failed got Harb fired granted stupid Harb bet on him and so toxic in character he got kicked out of the NFL), check pro bowls.

And it's funny how the more triggered the unevolved are to your (spiritual) strength and truth, the more they are insecure about themselves and chose to toxicly hate, harass, and attack you with falsehood and nonsense and in this case try to warn or ban you or get someone to do so on a public forum like this 🤣

Don't bother, you've been muted at the 1st sign of unevolved toxicity aka healthy boundaries, what you really need to do is self reflect and heal yourself, which you probably won't do as a unevolved karmic sadly 🤣
