Jimmy Garoppolo, QB, Los Angeles Rams

I wouldn't help the Cowboys or the Seahawks!!!

Trade him to Cleveland, Jets, but don't give him to a NFC rival.
Jimmy would have royally sucked yesterday in those weather conditions - no way is he converting those 3rd downs with his legs he is getting sacked all day long. No way is he making those deep throws Trey made.

And the INT from Trey? Yeah Jimmy would def be giving you AT LEAST one of those INTs yesterday. Difference being he is an 8-year freaking vet without the upside for explosive plays down the field while Trey is essentially a rookie and those INTs are going to happen + the benefit of explosive down the field throws.

Jimmy is the backup unless Trey gets hurt. Period. Jimmy has sucked in the playoffs and was never the reason we won any of our playoff games. He can go EAD on the bench until forced in by injury. Some of you never tasted the feeling of winning a SB so are content with making the playoffs and getting close. **** that. Really hope the opportunity to trade him for something good comes along here soon so I never have to think about him again.

Jimmy was instrumental in helping beat DAL in the playoffs last season. ignoring that is typical of Jimmy haters.

Jimmy was instrumental in us getting a lead against Dallas, and was instrumental in allowing Dallas to hang around and almost come all the way back.

I'm not sure Jones would give up draft picks for Jimmy. He believes the backup ther eis okay and he loves draft picks. I hear that Jimmy stillmisn't able to throw like he was prior to the injury. He's fully cleared but still working his way back.

There will be other injuries as the season progresses and teams will have a better feel for what their playoff chances are by then. It will give Jimmy more time to rehad that shoulder too.

IF this is true, I sincerely doubt he would be our QB2.

Greg Papa attends the practices and he's one of the sources that said this. It's not like he can't throw but Papa says he still can't quite cut loose. That doesn't mean he can't throw it at least as good as he did when he played injured. Since he rarely throws more than 10-15 yards in the air it may not be an issue.
Dallas bound

Tim K says differently. he claims Jimmy throwing the best he's ever seen.

This would make it easier for me to decide whether to root for him in a different uniform. I wouldn't.

I guess only Jimmy knows but I know from personal experience that recovering from any injury is always an ongoing effort until you really put it to the test. Like I said, since deep passes aren't his game he's probably okay with being able to throw 20 yards with accuracy.

Good grief. Mostly sucked. Or how about extremely mediocre. Is that good enough for you in your QB in the playoffs?

Did nothing against Minnesota. Threw 8 passes against GB. Played good in the SB until the final 8 minutes and did not get it done. That's when I got off the Jimmy train.

Then regressed overall after.

Played well in the first half against Dallas until the patented and predictable oh no Jimmy pick at the worst time preceded by an overthrow of Aiyuk that likely would have iced the game. Then did nothing versus GB outside of an inexcusable INT throwing to Kittle in the first half but then summoning some clutch Jimmy on the final drive with a couple nice first down throws to move the chains on 3rd down. Then came up small vs LA putting up only 17 points.

Sorry not sorry that I want something better than that heap of sh**.

If Trey goes down with injury Jimmy is a fantastic option as a backup QB and the best backup option in the league and I'll root for him like hell and actually be optimistic we can still make a run with the quality of our roster. I like Jimmy but he isn't good enough to be the primary starter if you want to give yourself the best chance to win a SB.

the Niners won. the final scoreboard is the only thing that matters. Jimmy was instrumental in that win. that is the point of my reply and it proves Ezekiel's comment is incorrect.

not sure why you constantly try to put down Jimmy in any positive posts made about him. you are a Jimmy hater thru and thru.
