He definitely could have won in Chicago.

And in Washington DC. I think Jimmie's experience would of really helped the team that day but it's all good. It's over and nothing we can do but look forward to spanking Denver next week.

Lets hope we continue to Air it out. Opens up so much.

Yeah.... right lol
Jimmy Gesus has been resurrected.

Que the Jimmy Gesus prayer candles.

You don't think we keep taking deep shots? I understand the deep shots are now much shorter but I think we keep going down field.

Scoring fewer points than we did last week in both of those games.

🔥🔥🔥

He looked great. Hopefully we keep throwing it down the field.

Hopefully we complete one of those down the field passes at some point.

We did. Ross Dwelley for a TD.

That pass was 14 yards pass the LoS. Do you consider that a deep pass?

Against better defenses.

Totally forgot about that, no TC, no Preseason and no meaningful reps in practice leading up to the game.

Lol did you say that when Lance played vs AZ last yr? Damn near the same thing and all I heard was how bad he is.

Either way glad we got Jimmy and can still play competitive football this yr

Why are you s**tting on Jimmy Compliments?

Sorry he stepped in and saved the day.

Hopefully he can last the entire season. Trey out after week 2!!??

Before you know it starter Purdy is gonna be knocked out and we will be signing Kaepernick off the street
Just hell no.

Let's hope Jimmy can stay healthy for the entire season. Odds aren't good given his history. Since 2017 we've had one season where the QB stayed healthy all year. For some reason this team can't keep it's WBs, RBs and DBs healthy.

The running game isn't as good with Jimmy because the defenses don't need to account for the QB as a runner. It makes a difference for all the backs. So it's back to the offense we've seen for the last 5 years.
If Jimmy wins Super Bowl do we try to resign him?

Nope, unless he's willing to back up again.

Yes. I'd be tempted to re-sign him if he makes a noticeable improvement from last year (maybe shoulder surgery changes something?) and gets us to the NFCCG again. Trey is proving to be a pretty breakable player and STILL needs the year of experience that we all said he needed this year. If Jimmy wins the SB, Trey would be his backup or trade bait.

Yep
