I think jimmy knows he couldn't have got him the ball accurately.
Jimmy in his postgame presser all smiles and using "we" alot. Never "I". A typical Jimmy presser after a loss. Is this what leadership is? Being ok with a loss and never taking accountability?

Yea I've always said even the best QBs miss plays.

The problem with Jimmy being your QB is he doesnt make enough plays to make up for his misses and if anything, you can get a good chunk of bonehead plays at any moment.
Just put a robber in the middle and it's over for Jimmy.

Its what mentally deficient people do. They smile when they talk hoping you don't listen to what they are saying.

He is a human potato

lol, who cares? He's getting paid 16 million this year to play like he did.
Jimmy missed Deebo Samuel on 2, count them 2 would be touchdowns. This guy f**king sucks now. I am sick and tired of people actually saying that our team is in a better position with Jimmy Lance ran for six first downs with his legs in week 1 including a third and 13. Also, at least Lance has the balls to go deep and complete a lot of those passes unlike Jimmy. This is just so pathetic. Jimmy used to be accurate and very good on third downs and now he can't even do that right

Hate to say it, but I agree that Jimmy has absolutely nothing going on upstairs.

He is not guaranteed that $16 Million yet. Not sure how many games he has to play to get that.

Come on man you know I can't throw that far

Pre-decided to go with the closer route? disagree completely.

what was pre-decided was based on the play-call's progression and that progression started on the left half of the entire field on the trips side with a triangle or spot concept it looks like; of which it was totally taken away leaving Juice as the outlet.

if Jimmy's progression started more toward the center of the field from the beginning the chances of him throwing to Aiyuk would've been much higher, imo.

QB usually has a choice which side to start on. The way this ought to be done is to first glance on the right side to see what the safety is doing: if he plays off, then the CB will be more aggressive, so you'd want to go back left.

NOW WHY? Why would you do that? Because the primary read on this play when going from left to right is the pivot, which takes some time to get open. Just enough to time to glance right and see if the safety is playing robber (throw the out) or deep half (go back to the pivot on the left). It literally takes less than a second. If the safety is rocking back just after you get the ball, look at the pivot. If not, throw that out.

At least that's how we did it in high school.

Maybe he's just checked out already. Stayed because it's a paycheck for a year.
I'll support him cause he's on the team but being at the game today and not coming through with a win is pathetic. I'm over him.

Yeah he's not mentally there, just riding for a game check at this point. Good for him!
