Tough to take some serious when they say s**t like this. I'm sure Waterbear and SWH will be quick to call them out for unreasonable takes like this.

This is closer to a normal Jimmy G game than any 2019 Saints or Cardinals game, is why I wasnt "quick to call out an unreasonable take."

The gatekeeping by some, especially you, is so tiresome.

No, this wasnt a normal Jimmy G game. He was absolutely abysmal in this game. Worst game of his 49er career as far as I am concerned.

So is it wasn't a normal game. I agree it was abysmal performance. Nothing like I've seen before and far from a normal game.

Lmao at "This is closer to a normal Jimmy G game than any 2019 Saints or Cardinals game, is why I wasnt "quick to call out an unreasonable take."

How is his gate keeping? Just calling out ridiculous takes like you often do. Surprised you weren't on top of this one. Well not really and we know why.

See my post #128712

and I think I find myself arguing against the "Trey wouldn't have taken this team to the playoffs" kind of posts because it makes vast assumptions about a player we know very little about. This post didn't stand out to me because it's true he makes those mistakes all the time. Maybe not all together like last night but we've seen it happen. I think it's more unreasonable to make claims about players that you know they couldn't have made a true informed opinion about.

care to counter on how it's not ?

Name similar games like this. Should be easy since they are so "normal".

Still waiting for Waterbear and SWH to show how unbiased they are when it comes to criticism of niner QB. I'm sure they will jump in any second.
well if you got nothing but just some.. "no you" post.. i get that you got nothing but come on and talk some football

we can go back as far as the last game. Good then horrible. If we don't get the turnonvers against seattle do we win, if we don't get bailed out on the DPIs do we win.. tough to say. but for sure we didn't get anything like that this game and we lose

Having trouble pointing out another one? Didn't think it would be hard for you since it's such a normal game for Jimmy. How am I suppose to point out other games like this when I don't believe his had another game like this. So it's not a "no you" moment. You're the one hat made that statement.

Still waiting for Waterbear and SWH to show how unbiased they are when it comes to criticism of niner QB. I'm sure they will jump in any second.
lol so i provide one game like requested, then i have to find another game and then you repeat the same s**t

thanks for proving my point correct. we can move on

Well when you say a normal game, i'd expect there to be more than just one.

I take it you cant think of another? lol
From above:

You guys are going to love this. Garoppolo told JLC his arm was sore and fatigued. I noticed it in the Seattle game at the end on the run. Lots of dead arm throws this game.

This isn't an excuse. It's for pure ironical comic relief.

Haha...actually, it's to warn you that this might actually get worse.
i brought that up a while back

29 passes in a 3 hour game, 12 in the second half

time for jimmy to STFU

So you think coming off of surgery with no off season, he shouldn't have any natural fatigue issues?
he hasn't thrown enough to get fatigued in a game

Lol. That's not how fatigued works in sports. Oh Madden. What have you done to these generations.

Lol some don't understand that.
so he shouldn't have been out there cause he had a dead arm ? stop

29 passes in 3 hours

you guys lol

It isn't the volume of passes. It's you not understanding the concept.
so what is it.. dead arm ?

jimmy need a pitch count on walk through now ?

Arm fatigue in this case comes from post surgery from not having adequate time to build up fine muscles and flexibility with the rest of the body before repeatedly doing the act itself.

Jimmy is not a game manager. Game managers have to be smart asf. He is a Mimbo.

You see these comments after a tough L or in the gameday thread.

We will be back, this one loss will not define us. I have respect for anyone who can play the game at the NFL level the most important position and do it for many years making 100+ mil.

If he's a "Mimbo" what does that make KS for trotting him out there, JL for trading for him and paying him, etc. Says more about them than anything.. if you truly believe that.. which you probably don't... it's just stuff ppl say after a loss cuz they are ticked.

I think Lynch and Kyle were dumb to not trade Jimmy last year. I'd call them Mimbos too if they continued to make really dumb mistakes.

Plz stop with the respect thing. Calling him Mimbo for consistently making dumb plays is not disrespecting him. This is a sports forum and I am a fan (short for fanatic). It is not personal and doesn't need to be taken personally. Just frustrated with him blowing another very winnable game. I do respect the hell out of him for finessing 130M contract from the Niners by playing 5 great games.

Jimmy should get his due when he plays well...win or loss. He should be criticized when he plays poorly...win or loss. And calling him Mimbo after the game he had last night is well deserving as well.
Went from win now mode to win whenever Jimmy get his timing back mode.

I wasnt on top of this, because like I said, I have seen Jimmy make similar mistakes time and time again. Yes, the mistakes happened at a higher frequency last night than ever. But again, these arent abnormal mistakes that we saw. They were standard issues. Just happened to occur much more yesterday.

It's not my job to call out EVERY ridiculous post on here, especially ones like this that arent as ridiculous as you are making it sound.

The poster who called last night a collection of Jimmy's greatest hits is pretty much on point to what actually happened.

Yes he's made mistakes. No one is arguing that. But to say last night games a normal game for Jimmy is ridiculous.

You think he would be starting as many games as he has on this team if that was normal for him?

And you said this is closer to a Jimmy game than his saints and Cardinals game. There's other games you can add to that list. But can't think of a game as bad as this "normal" game by Jimmy?

You couldnt just say yeah I don't agree with that. But you can't help yourself to defend a ridiculous take like that. I'm only pointing it out because it shows where you stand and unbiased is not it.

He actually wasn't that bad other than stepping on the back line. His stats weren't that bad. Better than Wilson actually. Kyle said he put him in that position too on the endzone one.

You don't think that 3 turnovers is that bad?

This is why I have him on ignore. Can you imagine if Trey Lance had the game like last night and someone described it as not that bad, or whatever he is claiming? SMFH.

It was a terrible outing. But to call it a "normal game". Or try to defend a take like that is. SMFH

JUST RUN THE BALL instead of letting this none probowler, limited, shortcoming, NFCC SB choke, no TC, no preaseason, at best game manager at this point back up QB pass it out of the fing end zone????

GTFO, limit this fool to no more than 25 passes a game and you have a better chance to win every game he starts, END OF STORY.

I cant simply say "yeah I dont agree with it" because its not as simple as that. The poster was clearly frustrated, and CLEARLY exaggerating. But like I said before, the mistakes Jimmy made in this game (aside from stepping out of bounds) are typical Jimmy mistakes. The play we saw yesterday from him isnt new. Its standard Jimmy play. He just happened to have way more mistakes in yesterdays game than he typically does.

You are right. It wasnt a typical game. But there have been PLENTY of losses we have had where Jimmy made a few mistakes that really cost us. Yesterday it wasnt a few mistakes, it was like 10. Either way, we have read this story before.

well if your only argument is it's a bad take with no evidence to counter, how can anyone side with you ?
