he actually out played wilson... i wonder if the air in denver gave russell arm fatigue

Tough to take some serious when they say s**t like this. I'm sure Waterbear and SWH will be quick to call them out for unreasonable takes like this.

This is closer to a normal Jimmy G game than any 2019 Saints or Cardinals game, is why I wasnt "quick to call out an unreasonable take."

The gatekeeping by some, especially you, is so tiresome.

No, this wasnt a normal Jimmy G game. He was absolutely abysmal in this game. Worst game of his 49er career as far as I am concerned.

So is it wasn't a normal game. I agree it was abysmal performance. Nothing like I've seen before and far from a normal game.

Lmao at "This is closer to a normal Jimmy G game than any 2019 Saints or Cardinals game, is why I wasnt "quick to call out an unreasonable take."

How is his gate keeping? Just calling out ridiculous takes like you often do. Surprised you weren't on top of this one. Well not really and we know why.

See my post #128712

and I think I find myself arguing against the "Trey wouldn't have taken this team to the playoffs" kind of posts because it makes vast assumptions about a player we know very little about. This post didn't stand out to me because it's true he makes those mistakes all the time. Maybe not all together like last night but we've seen it happen. I think it's more unreasonable to make claims about players that you know they couldn't have made a true informed opinion about.

Not you to WB.

Yes he makes mistakes. No one is arguing that. But to say that's a "normal game" for Jimmy is ridiculous. That's exactly what he is saying. The underline is the point. He's doesn't have any games like last night. So it's ridiculous to say it's a "normal game"

You think Jimmy would've started as many games as he has if this was normal for him? You think he has the record he has on his team if hats normal for him? Defense couldn't bail him out last night but you think they've bailed him out to his W/L record "normal game" like that?

Cmon WB you're better than this. It's hard to call out posters like SD when your defending garbage takes like that.

You didn't read my previous post I'm guessing. I said I didn't agree with the post and that no one should say this is how Jimmy always plays.
You asked me why I didn't comment on it and I gave you my honest answer. But I agreed that it wasn't accurate.

The reason I give for commenting on SD's posts as opposed to this one is that SD is making claims about Trey's future with no evidence. Where as Jimmy has played a lot of games and made a lot of these same mistakes. But to your point, again, not all at the same time like he did yesterday.
I missed he part when where you said it was not a "normal game" by Jimmy. Maybe your referring to this part "This post didn't stand out to me because it's true he makes those mistakes all the time. Maybe not all together like last night but we've seen it happen." that's a roundabout way of saying it lol

Btw, I'm not talking about Lance. I was just referring to the "normal game" by Jimmy take.

If if you had just responded with the bold Instead of the roundbout answer then wouldn't go on about this.

I did respond with the bold originally, that's why I said to see my previous post which got buried.

"I don't think anyone should claim this was how Jimmy always plays" is what I said originally.

But what's crazy to me is you act like this is a gotcha moment. Cause you called out SWH and myself and yet neither of us agreed with the post.

Should I call you out for SD's recent posts since you haven't responded negatively to them?

Not trying to make it a gotcha moment. I actually thought you guys would easily agree with me straight up that it's not normal Jimmy game even by his standards. But it turned out like extracting teeth lol

I still don't see where SWH stated it wasn't a normal Jimmy game. Maybe I missed it.

Anyways moving on.

You also didn't see where I stated it was, yet are continuing to act as if you did.

Again, I wasn't defending the take. I didn't even comment on it until you decided to make the conversation about me.

And even after you did, I never once agreed with the idea that it was a normal Jimmy game.

You are looking to argue, simple as that.

had you just that we wouldn't have this back and forth. I brought you up because I firgured even some of his biggest detractors wouldn't agree with a ridiculous statement like that.

btw, you always find the smallest stuff to argue about. So miss me with that last sentence lol

Can't believe he's been in the league so long and hasn't improved in anything. Same ass Jimmy he was since we traded for him.

Not even close to the same as we traded for. Has never been the same after he blew out a knee.

Yes Jimmy played a terrible game. Far away his worst game in a niner uni. And completely ridiculous to say that was a "normal game" by him. That's why I brought you up because I thought even you wouldn't try to defend a take like that. I guess, I was wrong.

He had a game similar to that not that long ago.

Would you say that it was normal? Even by his standards?

Imo he has regressed in a bunch of ways since getting paid. Some get paid and lose an edge or part of the motivation.

If only we could find a way to put win incentives in his current deal

He has been trying to replace him for last 3 years.

Or had I not been called out during a conversation I wasn't even a part of?

I mean he didn't need to give him a fat contract, if he was ass since bringing in, like OP is suggesting.

Or evenbring him back even at discount. Could've just cut the cord and moved on with Lance and Purdy.

They put incentives in his deal like 2 weeks before the season started lool - it's not a switch he can just flip.

You call out others all the time. I already said the reason I brought you up.

Moving on.

Yup. He got that #MotivationSwitchFatigue.
I know some might think it's a sh*tty thing to do but if it gets to a point soon where you feel the season is lost and Jimmy hasn't hit his incentives yet, I would bench him and start Purdy to save the team like $10 Million. Does anybody know how many games Jimmy needs to start before the Niners owe him $16 Million?
