Why didn't timing matter last week? All week it was how Jimmy makes us better.

Seems to me thru one start we are considerably worse. Trey never went out the back of the damn endzone

Jimmy wasn't consistent last week either. He looked good but in no way was that consistent. What mattered last week was turnovers, not to mention Seattles defense isn't as good as Denvers either. How you guys fail to see that is beyond me.

You could argue that Pitts or Chase last season could have done enough for us too. I applaud the balls to make the trade. But you have to deal with the consequences of it flops. I hope it works with Lance, but their futures are tied together.

Anything is possible. Suggesting player x would have done this doesn't add anything to the conversation. Would Rodgers have been Smith and Smith Rodgers had their situations been reversed? It's possible. I don't know what Lance will bring to the 49ers. He may be, as you wrote a few pages ago, Tim Tebow. It's possible. He may turn out to be better than Mahomes. It's possible. I already explained it to you, some 300 pages ago, why using possibility to further a point doesn't work. How about we stick with reality?

The reality is JG played terrible last night. JG's poor play was most certainly (in part) due to his lack of action over the last few months. Decisions made by the coach, both last night, and over the last few months, certainly played a role as well. Also, Denver's defense deserves credit.

I don't see JG ever playing worse than last night. Thankfully the team is only in week three. Much like many of us hoped Lance would improve over the course of the season, I hope JG can at least get back to his average / above average self, because this defense is scary good. With above average QB play, this team should be right up there with Philly (though I don't have faith in Hurts...just sayin') and Tampa come Jan.

I have been posting for a year I don't get the Hurts hate. I don't get it. Now he's setting the league on fire and it keeps going.

Let me guess you like Minshew? I had to read for many months that Minshew should be starting for a team and Hurts is a scrub lol.

Your JG takes in this post are not bad.. I don't know what ya'll are looking at when you mention Hurts are we looking at the same guy.
