Jimmy G don't give a f**k. Lol

This was brought up to make Kyle look bad but I think it looks worse on Jimmy. It just shows again that he takes no responsibility. It's all Kyle's fault that he is missing wide open receivers all game long. We wonder how in 5 years our defense keeps showing out while our offense keeps getting worse. Well look at the leaders on defense compared to the leaders on offense. Just look at the difference in attitude.

I don't blame Jimmy. They told him that he was gone, failed to trade him, didn't give him a playbook, didn't let him practice with the team, then threw him into the fire as a starter after running Lance into the ground with sucky runs up the gut. What did the coaches expect here?

This is a total s**t show and shanny is the maestro. Jimmy is the byproduct.

Trey has shown hell of a lot of leadership just 22 years old than 30 year old jimmy who still thinks he lead this team to the SB and NFCC, he better show some leadership this Sunday and make those 20-25 attempts count or it's going to be another Jimmy s**t show 🤣

This is a load of s**t, you hear players and past players continually talk about Jimmy's leadership. Your bias shines bright when you say Trey Lance has shown a hell of a lot of leadership at 22 years old……tell me when?!?!?!

Not saying that Jimmy has no or little leadership qualities but to date, one of the biggest differences is in their post game press conferences.

Press Conferences?? I haven't watched Treys so I won't comment on those. But Jimmy has definitely shown leadership on the field and in the locker room, not sure how anyone can deny that or even question it.

Did you watch his last press conference ? He took no responsibility for his poor play. And like usual during a loss, Jimmy on the bench laughing it up or laughing it up post game when walking off the field. Other areas he's a fine leader according to our players, but this guy has no dog in him.

How do you know what goes on in the locker room?

Pretty stunning difference between the two numbers.
Jimmy Garoppolo isn't the only QB wanting to have more freedom in the way he plays. Patrick Mahomes was shown on the sideline in a full-blown verbal war with OC Eric Bienimi over conservative play-calling. It became so heated Andy Reid had to drag them into the locker room and out of the public eye.

Conservative play calls have not been a criticism of Reid in the past but this season seems different. KC media is picking up on it and asking questions.

I know you're not saying that Jimmy and Patrick are the same. But I think it really matters you put them in context with their ability to play. Jimmy missed a lot of throws last week that Mahomes simply would have made.

Kyle's had his issues playcalling this year no doubt about it. That doesn't mean he's even close to the main reason for Jimmy's struggles.

My point was, play-callers go through downturns the same as players. It happens to the best of them. Kyle is clearly on a downturn this season. Many have speculated the loss of McDaniel is to blame, however, that does not excuse some of the truly bad calls and sequencing of plays that have plagued the offense this season. After all, Kyle was supposed to be the guru, not McDaniel.

He is right on the press stuff. I know a lame conversation piece and does not affect play but you owe it to listen to his pressers. He consistently takes the heat for mistakes. Consistently lays out plays where a mistake occurred and he will learn. He consistently shows his football smarts.

Jimmy, I am sure is a true leader in the locker room (we have to believe that right? Nothing else but player comments to go by) but Trey really does sound miles ahead of Jimmy in true football discussion at the podium. Jimmy has zero ability to really break it down and sound like a guy with deep football knowledge. Maybe just not his thing.

But I hope in two years we can have a good laugh at this. Jimmy drama and Trey sucks stuff and Trey is the QB we have dreamed of. I sure hope we can have a united front thru the 2023 season as it's now going to be 2024 most likely that plan plays out. Not Treys fault. I think we should have put him in last year but understand the other side of the coin.

play calling can not do anything for the offense if the offense can't execute. Don't execute and don't get momentum.. which gives us games like last two sundays

That was not my point at all. Even the best offenses struggle...and lose when the play-calling limits the potential.

I see your point… I don't expect Jimmy to play that poorly all season and I do think Kyle is in a play calling slump. I guess what I'm trying to say is, Kyle's play calling looks worse then it is due to our lack of execution. Even in a slump, I still have confidence that Kyle will call a better game plan then nearly any team we face. Do you really think Hackett and Eberflus out coached Kyle? Cause I really don't. Trey and Jimmy just haven't executed enough this year.
Sounds like last season all over again. Its all Kyle's fault that his play calling created 3 potential TD's but Jimmy either refused to pull the trigger or made a poor throw. I sure hope Shanahan can pull another "Deebo Wideback" rabbit out of his hat again this year in order to make up for his one dimensional QB's shortcomings once again.

its very rare when a play call is executed perfectly and still fail i smy point. You are trying make it play calling when PC wasn't the issue. not executing is the issue
