Yup.
Edit: Well not completely but anything less than 6-7 wins is a huge disappointment imo.
Yet I can see that being the case even with him playing well. 10-11 teams in conference are better. Marcus Epps alone won't make them competitive.
It's all contextual.
Raiders have one of these best RB/WR combos in the league. I think Jimmy and Adams will probably have lesser worthless fantasy stats the guys here absolutely fawn over but something like converting 3rd downs at a 43% rate instead of 33% rate will be highly beneficial. Jimmy is so successful at moving the chains because he doesn't need your guys made up fantasy stats to get to 3rd and manageable instead of 3rd and 12 because he takes the route that's there a majority of the time. His completion percentage is one of the best in the league because of his presnap ability. Has this left big plays out there? Yes. But a short slant or quick out is faaaaar more successful.
As far as their defense. They won't be great, but I agree with Furlow that being on the field less will also be beneficial. I know it's a difficult concept around here but the more the offense is out on the field, the less points and opportunities the opposing offense will have.
