so what will you say as you kick the can further down the road when the games start and we still set there with no pass rush. the team dumped t elvis and had no plan to bring in someone better.

Dumervil is done. He had nothing left at the end of the season. Yes, he had a couple of sacks but nothing like when he was in his prime.

In a passing league where every defense in the league is looking for an ER, if Dumervil had anything to offer, some team around the league would have picked him up. No one did. He is still a FA.

who has picked up his slack so far? maybe that just means most teams around the nfl have addressed this area and we are one of the few teams with our finger up our butt with a dc who thinks a pass rush is not important. he had more that what anyone else on the team had last year and so far this year. stop being in denial

My point is; they can still have him if they think he was something left.

Now if you know what all the other 31 teams have in terms of ER, and all are better than Dumervil, I bow to your expertise and knowledge.

Elvis "done" is better than any of these suckers who never "began"

Well, I think ShanaLynch has the inside track on getting Mack. There are articles saying he might go to Green Bay, but those writers forget that Mack has to OK any trades and he can still vote *not* to sign with Green Bay *after* his rookie contract expires. That, I think, is a big factor in whether or not Green Bay will trade for him or not.

Why would he not sign with green bay? Weather isn't an issue since he chose to go to school in buffalo. And Green Bay is one of the best run organizations with a proven track record of taking care of their players with nice pay days. Plus they got Aaron's rodgers.

Those odds aren't just crapped out by some sports book. Somebody has inside info and was confident enough to post those lines.

The bay area weather I think is generally better than Green Bay's weather. Just my opinion, of course. Also he's established some roots here, and it's a pain to move and re-establish roots elsewhere. Time after time, I see former 49ers go to the Raiders vs going somewhere else in the country because of the fact that they have established themselves here. ShanaLynch Just be prepared to pay fair market value to the man and you can offset any supposed advantages Green Bay has.

He went to Buffalo because they were the only school to offer him a scholarship. It's not like he chose to play there over a Florida school.

Agree with the second paragraph.

The odds are based on GB having 2 first rounders and therefore being the most likely to part with one
Kyle hypes of Marsh and he isn't living it up. Kyle doesn't say much about Garnett and he plays well. I really wonder whats up with that.

Yea I get that. He wasn't a sought after recruit at all. But my point in the whole paragraph was, it's similar in that Green Bay can trade for him and offer a massive contract. He can accomplish his goal and be set for life or create contract drama. Say he wants to walk. Get franchised then risk getting hurt on that franchise year and miss out on a massive extension... all cuz he doesn't like that it's cold lol.

If you're asking him where he preferred to go then id like the chances he picked sf. But we're talking about a situation where GB wouldn't trade for him because they think he would screw then over and walk. I just don't see that happening at all.

Sportsbook said that or is that your opinion?

GB is at +200. Chicago +300 and Oak +350

Why is Chicago ahead of Oakland then?

I would say Chicago are ahead of Oakland because the bookies have them 100/1 on the Super Bowl and looking like picking top 5 again. Which would put them in with a shot at the top 2 edge rushers in the draft.
